Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a local floor heating and an indoor heating to be concurrently performed by a method wherein air suction grills and air blowing grills communicating between an indoor area and an under-floor space are arranged at suitable locations of a free access floor. CONSTITUTION:Heating near a foot part and an air heating at a floor can be carried out with thermal radiation got from an upper surface of a free access floor 5 comprising a plurality of floor panels. Indoor convection flow can be generated by this heating operation or by a blower fan 9 and the like, cold air is taken into an under-floor space 6 through air suction grills 8 arranged at the free access floor 5 where descending air flow occurs through this convection and at the same time this is heated by the thermal radiation got from the lower surface of the free access floor 5 and the heated air is returned again from the air blowing grills 7 into a room. With such an arrangement, it is possible to restrict a thermal loss toward a floor slab 2 and then the local floor heating and the indoor heating can be concurrently performed within a relative short period of time in an efficient manner.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a computer room, a work room connected to a computer room, or the like, a free access floor is provided on a floor slab of a building, and a computer using the underfloor space formed by the floor slab and the free access floor is used. It is used to pass equipment related cables. On the other hand, when operating a computer in the above-mentioned office, heating is required because the feet are cold especially in winter, and warm air heating by a ceiling duct is generally performed. However, with this warm air heating, the temperature in the upper part of the room rises, but warm air does not stay near the floor,
There was a problem that the area around the feet did not get warm. There is also a floor heating system that heats the floor surface or the entire floor slab by using heating elements such as hot water pipes and heater wires, but this is uneconomical because it heats up to unnecessary places, resulting in large heat loss. Not only that, but there was the problem that the structure became complicated. On the other hand, recently, a free access floor where an electric heating element is attached to or embedded in the upper part of the floor panel and the floor panel is laid only at a desired portion to locally heat the floor. Has been proposed in Jitsukaihei 4-41028 and the like. In addition to using such a floor panel, an air conditioning system that blows air heated by an air conditioner into the underfloor space, while blowing out this warm air from the blowout grill provided on the floor panel to heat the room It is proposed in No. 3-27530.

By the way, a vinyl tile or a carpet is usually laid on the floor panel for use. Therefore, even in the case of local floor heating, heat radiation to the underfloor space is larger than heat radiation to the floor, which is not preferable.
For this reason, the heat insulating material is laid on the floor slab, or the heat insulating material is directly attached to the lower surface of the floor panel. Even in such floor heating, the air in contact with the upper surface of the floor panel is warmed, and as it rises, cold air is convected to the floor panel surface and is also warmed. By this circulation, it is possible to gradually warm the entire air in the room to perform indoor heating, but when considering heating the entire room, there is a problem that this natural convection alone takes too much time. From the above, the former one of the above-mentioned conventional techniques is suitable in terms of heating at the feet, that is, zoning heating, but it is appropriate in providing a sensible temperature, that is, in that the temperature of the entire room is warmed to perform air conditioning. Is not efficient and unsuitable. This is even more the case when the heat radiation from the floor panel to the underfloor space is larger as described above. On the other hand, in the latter prior art described above, with the air heated by the air conditioner,
It is good in terms of heating efficiency because the heat radiation from the bottom surface of the panel is supplied to the room together, but since the underfloor space under the floor panel is constantly filled with heat, There is a risk of causing a failure such as abnormal temperature rise of the equipped electric heating element. Moreover, since an air conditioner is provided, it becomes expensive. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and when performing indoor heating at the same time as local floor heating, heat radiation to the underfloor space of the floor panel and convection of indoor air are effective. The purpose is to provide an extremely inexpensive and economical air conditioning system.

The air conditioning system of the present invention is capable of heating indoors at low cost by effectively utilizing the heat radiated from each floor panel to the underfloor space and the convection generated in the room and the underfloor space. That is, the heat is dissipated from the upper surface of each floor panel to heat the air near the feet and warm the air on the floor, and by this, or by a blower fan or the like, convection is caused in the room, and the convection is provided in a portion where a downward flow is generated. While taking cool air from the intake grille into the underfloor space,
The heat is radiated from the lower surface of the floor panel to warm it, and the warmed air is blown back into the room from the grill. By circulating this, the entire room air can be warmed in a relatively short time. At this time, the floor panel is made of metal with good heat conduction, the heating of the entire panel is made uniform, and the projection-shaped fins provided on the lower surface positively dissipate heat to the underfloor space side, The efficiency of indoor heating can be further increased. Further, by providing the fins, the heat capacity of the panel can be reduced, so that the thermal responsiveness can be improved and the rapid heating property at the initial stage of energization can be excellent.
As described above, since the heat radiated to the underfloor space is constantly released by convection, heat does not accumulate in the underfloor space, and conversely heat radiation to the floor slab surface is reduced, so a heat insulating material is not always necessary. Since the heat efficiency of the heating element is improved and expensive equipment and the like are not necessarily required, it is suitable as an inexpensive air conditioning system.

Next, the free access floor 5 is shown in FIG.
Will be explained. The free access floor 5 basically includes a floor panel 51 and support legs 4, which may be integrated or separate. The floor panel 51 is made of aluminum alloy and has a size of 450 mm square. On the upper surface of the floor panel, recessed grooves 52 for fitting the heating elements 53 are formed in parallel over a plurality of lines. The heating element 53 is composed of a heating wire 54 coated with a synthetic resin material such as a cord heater, a support material 55 such as a metal plate such as an aluminum plate or a transparent resin plate material, and a power cord 56. The heating wire 54 of the heating element 53 is formed by adhering or welding to the support material 55 in the same shape so as to fit exactly in the groove 52 formed in the floor panel 51. By groove 52
The work of inserting the heating element 53 therein is simplified and the efficiency is improved. In addition, if at least two through holes are formed in the groove, it can be checked from the bottom surface whether the heating wire 54 is correctly inserted. In this way, the heating element 53 is securely fixed to the upper surface of the floor panel, on which the heat transfer plate 57 for protection and heat transfer is placed, and the carpet 58 is laid on the heat transfer plate 57. ing.

Next, the operation of the air conditioning system will be described. First of all, in the free access floor 5, the floor panel 51 can be removed separately, so this floor panel can be installed especially at the place where you want to heat your feet.
Place 51. Of course, this panel may be laid on the entire floor to heat the entire floor. And underfloor space 6
Inside, the power cord 56 is set in the wiring system, and current is supplied from the commercial power source to heat the heating element. Since the floor panel 51 is made of an aluminum alloy, the heat conduction is good, the entire floor panel is uniformly heated, and effective floor heating can be performed with heat efficiency. The heat generated at this time is radiated to the upper surface and the lower surface of the floor panel, but since the carpet 58 and the like are laid as described above, the heat radiated to the lower surface side is rather large. Therefore, this heat is effectively absorbed and used for indoor heating as described below. That is, when the floor panel 51 is heated, natural convection begins to occur in the room, and the cold air in the room is taken into the underfloor space 6 from the intake grill 8 provided in a place where cold air is likely to occur in the room as a downward flow. It spreads in the space and absorbs the heat radiated from the bottom surface of the floor panel to warm it up. After that, warm air is returned from the blowing grille 7 to the inside of the room and raised to circulate the convection. The blower fan 9 is operated simultaneously with the heat generation of the panel, facilitates convection in the room to circulate warm air, and quickly and efficiently warms the room. By the above, floor heating of the floor panel upper surface can be performed at the same time as heating of the room.

FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing another embodiment of the floor panel. In this example, a plurality of protruding fins 59A or 59B are formed in parallel on the lower surface of the floor panel 51, and a safety device 11 that shuts off the power when an abnormal temperature rise occurs.
Is the same as that shown in FIG. 3, except that
It can be considered that the usage method is the same as the previous example. The fins project downward together with the floor panel. The fins 59A and the smaller fins have a relatively large protrusion amount.
59B are alternately formed in rows to form a plurality of rows. Therefore, as the surface area is large, the amount of heat released to the underfloor space is large, and this heat can be radiated more toward the indoor heating. In the case of this example, the effect of the fins positively prompts the heat radiation to the underfloor space side, and the room can be heated more efficiently in a short time. In addition, since the mechanical strength can be sufficiently obtained even if the thickness of the panel is thinned, the heat capacity can be reduced, so that the thermal responsiveness is improved, and particularly, the rapid heating property at the initial stage of energization can be greatly improved. .

As described above, according to the present invention, heat loss to the floor slab surface can be suppressed, and local floor heating and indoor heating can be simultaneously performed in a relatively short time. Also,
The structure is extremely simple because it only uses the convection that occurs in the room, and it is safe because heat does not accumulate in the underfloor space. Furthermore, if an air conditioner is used together, it will become a more effective air conditioning system.
