Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vaporize a volatile substance over a long period by a simple operation of only opening a resin bag air-tightly securing safety of containing a carrier with a volatile material absorbed therein, and not sticking to the volatile substance to hands. SOLUTION: A carrier 1 with a volatile substance adsorbed therein is air- tightly packed in a resin bag 2, and the resin bag 2 is fixed to a vessel 3 by an adhesive so that a notch 4 to open the resin bag 2 can be formed on the upper end of the vessel 3. In using, a separating part 5 of the resin bag 2 is separated from the notch 4 for opening.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a wide variety of fragrances, deodorants, antibacterial agents, insect repellents, and insecticides have been on the market. Some products include a package in which the carrier is hermetically sealed in a resin bag, and a container for opening the package, taking out the carrier, and placing the carrier. In addition, since volatile substances are vaporized from the wide surface formed by the vertical and horizontal sides of the carrier, a large amount of vaporization occurs at the beginning and the amount of volatilization decreases immediately, making it impossible to vaporize effectively for a long period of time. There is also. A carrier that has absorbed a volatile substance as in the present invention is fixed in a predetermined position of a container in a state in which the carrier is contained in a resin bag, and the purpose is achieved for a long time by simply opening the resin bag in use. Has not yet appeared on the market.

In a conventional product, in order to install a carrier having absorbed a volatile substance at a predetermined position in a container, it is necessary to open the resin bag and hold the carrier with a finger. Since volatile substances adhere to fingers and the like, it is necessary to wash hands and fingers with soap after installation in terms of safety, and the operation varies depending on the product, which is inconvenient for consumers. It is also required for these products to vaporize volatile substances effectively for a long period of time.
An object of the present invention is to solve these problems.

According to the present invention, a filter paper, felt, synthetic resin sponge for absorbing volatile substances,
The carrier made of any of the unglazed plates has a side of 0.2c in thickness
m to 2 cm, horizontal and vertical sides 1.5 to 1 cm each
0 cm is appropriate. Since the conventional product of this carrier has a structure in which volatile substances are vaporized from the surface created by the vertical side and the horizontal side of the carrier, the carrier must be taken out of the resin bag and placed in a predetermined position of the container. In addition, because of the large volatilization surface, volatile substances are rapidly vaporized, and it is difficult to maintain the vaporization for a long period of time. According to the present invention, the volatile surface can be adjusted to an appropriate size by vaporizing the volatile substance from the surface formed by the vertical or horizontal sides of the carrier and the side of the thickness, and the volatile substance contained in the carrier is vaporized. Accordingly, it has been found that vaporization can be maintained for a long time by moving the inside of the carrier toward the volatile surface, and it is not necessary to remove the carrier from the resin bag, so that the resin bag can be moved to a predetermined position of the container. It is based on the fact that volatile substances can be vaporized by opening the resin bag before use to achieve the purpose.

When a resin bag in which a carrier having a volatile substance absorbed therein is hermetically packaged is installed in a container, it often happens that the hand does not directly reach the opening portion of the resin bag. Attach a resin string with a length that can be reached at the time of opening to a part next to the notch for opening the part that is cut off from the resin bag when opening by heat bonding, high frequency bonding, or adhesive. In this case, the opening can be easily performed by pulling the resin string.

According to the present invention, since the hands and fingers are not stained when using the product, skin irritation can be prevented and safety can be ensured. In addition, the surface formed by the side of the thickness of the carrier and the vertical or horizontal side is made to be the volatile surface of the volatile substance, so that the volatile substance in the carrier is gradually transferred to the volatile surface as the volatile substance evaporates. Vaporization can be effectively performed over a period of time. In use, the purpose can be achieved only by opening the resin bag, so that the simplicity can be significantly improved as compared with conventional products.
