When the multi-layer glass main body 11 formed by sealing is fitted and mounted on the supporting frame 4 of the sash window 10, the holding member 3 cut to a predetermined length is attached to the multi-layer glass body 11. It is fitted on the periphery of the glass body 11 on site. The retaining projections 3b at both end edges of the holding member 3 are engaged with both groove edges 5a of the frame member 5 of the support frame 4 to elastically hold the multilayer glass body 11. I do. For this purpose, each of the frame members 5 is formed in a channel shape, and is formed with a fitting groove so as to be able to fit the peripheral portion of the multilayer glass body 11. The supporting frame 4 fits the frame members 5 constituting corresponding sides to respective sides of a peripheral portion of the double-glazed glass main body 11 to which the holding member 3 is fitted, and sets adjacent sides together. The frame members 5 are assembled and assembled. In a state where the frame member 5 is assembled, the locking protrusion 3b comes into contact with the groove edge 5a of the fitting groove of the frame member 5, and the plate body 2 is elastically supported. At the same time, the abutment seals the space between the locking projection 3b and the side surface. Further, in this state, since the pressing portion 3a is pressed against the groove edge portion 5a, the holding piece portion 3a comes into close contact with the surface of the plate body 2 and is sealed.

In the above-mentioned conventional plate, since the shipping source of the holding member is different from the plate main body,
For example, regarding the fittings, the holding member is fixed to the plate body in the middle of a distribution route until the plate body is assembled or in the process of assembling the plate body 1. Therefore, there is a problem that a measure is required to prevent the peripheral edge of the plate body from being damaged during storage or during transportation in a path from a manufacturer of the plate body to a place where the holding member is stopped. In order to protect the peripheral portion of the plate main body, it is conceivable to fasten the holding member as a protective material for the peripheral portion, but since the holding member is a soft material, the fastening is performed. The problem remains that it is not easy to maintain the state.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the plate is stored, shipped, transported, and mounted on the supporting frame at the site. While the peripheral edge of the plate body can be protected from damage, it is possible to prevent the detached holding member from being detached, and it is possible to mount the holding member on the supporting frame as it is. As the holding member, a conventional holding member can be used as it is. In other words, it is formed of an elastic material that is harder than the holding member,
By holding the holding member, which is formed to be able to be externally fitted to the holding member, to the holding member fitted to the peripheral portion of the plate body by externally fitting and elastically holding the holding member, the holding member is removed from the plate body. Even if it is easy to come off, this can be stopped. Therefore, if the holding member is fitted to a portion that does not interfere with the mounting of the plate to the supporting frame, the supporting member is fixed to the plate main body, and the plate is supported by the supporting body. It can be attached to the frame. The supporting frame provided at the opening of the building is, for example, a fixed window provided on the outer wall of the building or a peripheral edge of a glass mounting portion of a fitting such as a window or a door. Not limited to, transparent, opaque also includes a synthetic resin plate or a metal plate or the like panel material, as the supporting frame, in addition to this,
Naturally, it includes a frame such as a peripheral edge of a plate-mounting portion of an indoor fixed window, a fitting such as a window or a door (another example of an opening), and a partition-plate-mounting portion. It also encompasses a frame such as a peripheral edge or a pressing edge of the support frame, and exerts the above-described great effect in any case on the plate to be mounted on these supporting frames. .

According to the characteristic structure of the second aspect of the present invention, the peripheral edge of the plate body is not damaged during storage, shipping, transportation, and mounting of the plate to the support frame at the site. It is possible to prevent detachment of the fitted holding member while protecting, and it is also possible to mount the holding member as it is on the supporting frame. As the holding member, a conventional holding member can be used as it is. That is, the holding member formed of an elastic material that is harder than the holding member is bonded and integrated to the holding member fitted to the peripheral edge of the plate body to form the holding member. Thus, even if the holding member is easily detached from the plate body, it can be stopped. Not limited to, including transparent and opaque panel materials such as synthetic resin plates and metal plates,
As the supporting frame, other than the above, it is needless to say that a frame such as a peripheral edge of a plate mounting portion of a fixture such as a window or a door (another example of an opening) is also included. In addition to this, it also includes a frame such as a peripheral edge or a pressing edge of the partition plate mounting portion of the partition, and in any case, the plate is mounted on these supporting frames. Has a great effect.

According to the characteristic configuration of the third aspect of the present invention, the holding member fitted over the entire periphery of the plate body can be fixed to the plate body over the entire periphery, and the storage of the plate body It is possible to prevent the detachment of the fitted holding member while protecting the peripheral edge of the plate body from damage during mounting, shipping, transportation, and mounting the plate to the supporting frame at the site. , It is possible to mount it on the supporting frame as it is. That is, since the holding member is formed separately from the holding member, and is externally fitted after the holding member is fitted to the plate body, the holding force is increased regardless of the elastic characteristic of the holding member. With this configuration, while the holding member is easily fitted, the holding member can be securely fixed to the plate body by externally fitting the holding member. Since it is composed of a member and a corner holding member, for example, it is divided into four and fitted to each side of the plate body, and is disposed over the entire circumference and is not continuous at the corner, or a holding member, Even if the holding member or the like is made of a soft material and is cut out at the top and fitted over the entire circumference, the whole can be fixed to the plate body without loosening. For example, if the corner holding member is externally fitted to the holding member that is not continuous at the corner and fixed, the holding member can be prevented from coming off from the discontinuous portion, and at the same time, the plate body can be prevented from coming off. Corner damage can be prevented. Further, even when a continuous holding member is wound around the entire periphery of the plate body, the holding member is loosened at the side portion of the plate body, and the holding member is loosened or detached from the side portion. According to the characteristic configuration of the ninth aspect of the present invention, since the fitting portion is formed so as to be able to suppress shrinkage distortion of the holding member in a state where the fitting portion is fitted to the holding member, a change in environmental temperature can be suppressed. Also, even when contraction distortion occurs in the holding member due to aging, the distortion can be suppressed by the fitting portion. As a result, it is possible to prevent the following phenomena that are likely to occur when the distortion of the holding member is not suppressed. That is, the phenomenon is that the shrinkage strain of the holding member is concentrated on the corner portion of the plate body, and the holding member located at the corner portion protrudes outside the frame and is largely exposed, and this phenomenon is prevented. This makes it possible to maintain the aesthetic appearance in the state where the plate is attached.

The holding member 3 is fitted to the double-glazed glass body 11 (an example of the plate body 2) in the same manner as described in the section of the prior art (see FIG. 24). In order to form the holding member 1, the holding member 3 fitted along the peripheral edge of the double-glazed glass body 11 is externally fitted as a holding member 6 with an edge holding member 7 formed in a shape along the bottom thereof. Then, the holding member 3 at the longitudinally intermediate portion of one side of the multilayer glass main body 11 is pressed until it comes into close contact with the end face of the multilayer glass main body 11, and the holding member 3 is fixed to the multilayer glass main body 11. (See FIG. 3). Since the sandwiching member 6 is formed of an elastic material that is harder than the holding member 3, the holding member 3 is more closely adhered to the double-glazed glass body 11 and fixed. Here, an engaging end 6a is formed at the edge of the holding member 6, and an engaging groove 3c is formed at the bottom side of the overhang 3b of the holding member 3, so that the two are engaged. In this case, the holding member 3
In the state that the holding member 6 is fixed to the double-glazed glass main body 11, the holding member 6 can be integrated with the holding member 3 and is hard to be detached (see FIG. 6). As described above, since the holding member 3 is fixed to each side of the multilayer glass body 11, the holding member 3 is divided for each side and the multilayer glass body 11 is divided. After the holding members 3 are respectively fitted to both sides of each corner so as to be fitted to the corners of the respective corners, the holding members 3 are formed so as to be able to be externally fitted to the holding members 3 fitted to the corners. If a certain corner holding member 8 (which is also a holding member 6 and is an example of the protective cap C) is externally fitted, the corner portion of the multilayer glass body 11 can be maintained while the holding member 3 can be stably mounted. Damage can be prevented.

The holding member 6 can be formed of a thin metal plate, a hard plastic molded body, or the like, and the fitting projection 3 b of the holding member 3 is provided on the supporting frame 4. It is preferable that the depth be sufficient not to hinder the locking to the groove edge portion 5a of the plate mounting groove, and to be sufficient to fix the holding member 3 to the multilayer glass body 11 (FIG. 2). reference). In this way, the holding member 3 can be mounted on the supporting frame 4 in a state where the holding member 3 is fixed to the double-glazed glass body 11 using the holding member 6. Therefore,
If the holding member 3 is fixed at the time of shipment of the plate body 2, the peripheral edge of the plate member can be removed while preventing the holding member 3 from coming off through storage, transportation, and mounting on the supporting frame. It becomes possible to protect from damage. When the edge holding member 7 is used together with the corner holding member 8, the length of the edge holding member 7 is such that it is substantially continuous when both are fitted to the holding member 3. By holding the holding member 3 over the entire periphery of the plate 1, the peripheral portion of the plate 1 can be protected over the entire periphery (see FIG. 3). Further, the edge holding member 7 may be divided and formed to be short, and a plurality of the edge holding members 7 are externally fitted to each side of the plate body 2 in a state of being separated from each other. By doing so (see FIGS. 4 and 5), the work of fastening the holding member 3 becomes easy.

[Second Embodiment] A second embodiment will be described below. Here, portions different from the configuration of the first embodiment will be described, and the points that are not particularly described are the same as those of the first embodiment. Fig. 7, 8, 9
Shows a protective cap C in the previous embodiment in which a fitting portion 15 with the holding member 3 is formed. The fitting portion 15 is, specifically, the holding member 3
The engaging projection 15a is formed on an inner peripheral portion of the holding member 3 which is formed on an inner peripheral portion of the holding member 3 corresponding to the engaging projection 15a. A mating hole 16 is provided. Therefore, by attaching the engagement protrusion 15a so as to fit into the fitting hole 16, for example, a change in the length of the holding member 3 (particularly, shrinkage strain) caused by a change in environmental temperature or a change in physical properties over time is suppressed. This makes it possible to prevent the holding piece 3 a of the holding member 3 from being pulled at the corner of the double-glazed glass body 11. That is, with respect to the plate body 1 in which the length change of the holding member 3 becomes large, it is possible to prevent a decrease in aesthetics when the plate body 1 is fitted into the frame member 5.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the protective cap C can be provided with a double-layer glass at a position inside the holding member 3 as shown in FIGS. It may be configured such that it can be fitted and installed directly on the corner of the main body 11, and that the holding member 3 is installed so as to partially overlap therewith. However, the fitting portion 15 in this case needs to be formed on the outer peripheral portion of the protective cap C which comes into contact with the holding member 3. On the other hand, with respect to a plate body in which the change in the length of the holding member 3 does not matter, the configuration of the fitting portion 15 formed on the protective cap C is not necessarily limited to the contraction distortion of the holding member 3 as shown in FIG. However, this is not a limitation. The protection cap C of the embodiment shown in FIG. 12 is provided with a protruding portion 15 b as the fitting portion 15, which is located in the gap S between the holding member 3 and the multilayer glass body 11 and fits with the holding member 3. The protective cap C is attached to a corner of the multilayer glass body 11 in advance, and then the holding member 3 is attached from above. The protective cap C and the holding member 3
Can be positioned relative to each other, and furthermore, it is possible to make it difficult for both to come off from the double-glazed glass main body 11.

The plate 1 has a different form as follows.
As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which only the protective cap C is provided at the corner portion without attaching the holding member 3, and in this case, the plate 1 is placed on the floor surface. Since the lower side of the multilayer glass body is in a floating state by the thickness of the protective cap C and does not directly contact the floor, not only the corners of the multilayer glass body 11 but also the sides It is also possible to expect a protective effect. In this case, the holding member 3 may be attached before the plate 1 is fitted to the frame 4.

[Another Embodiment] <1> In the above embodiment, when the holding member 3 is fitted to the multilayer glass body 11 as in the conventional case, the length of each side of the multilayer glass body 11 An example has been described in which a cut is made in the transverse direction at the bottom side of a predetermined position corresponding to the size, and the bent portion is fitted to the peripheral portion of the multilayer glass body 11 while being bent at the cut portion.
A V-shaped notch is formed at a position corresponding to the length dimension of each side of the multilayer glass main body 11 on the end side of the You may make it wind. It is more preferable that the bottom side is continuous with the V-shaped notch, and the end side is in contact with the corner of the multilayer glass body 11 in a state of being fitted to the multilayer glass body 11. This makes it easier to protect the corners from damage. Incidentally, the holding member 3 may be separated at the bottom side. This is because each holding member 3 can be individually fastened by the edge holding member 7.
