2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, crown and bridge prostheses have been used in consideration of esthetics as a crown prosthesis method of a front tooth part, a premolar part, or a molar part having an appearance such as a partial molar part. It has been practiced to wear porcelain or resin which is a crown material. In this method, in order to secure a space for mounting the front material, the front material is mounted on a metal frame which is a cast body formed by removing a portion to be mounted on the cast crown wax type.

In the above-mentioned prior art, there is a problem of metal allergy and harmfulness of the metal of the cast body. Therefore, there is a problem that the metal frame is deformed and the compatibility is likely to be deteriorated. Therefore, development of a crown bridge that does not use metal has been desired. In view of such circumstances, the inventor of the present invention has proposed a method for manufacturing an all-resin crown bridge, which is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-5373.
No. 9 proposes this. In this method, a color layer is formed on the surface of an injection-molded resin frame portion, and a resin front layer portion is formed thereon by injection molding. This has the advantage that there is no problem of metal allergy or metal harm and there is no need for high-temperature heat treatment, so that the problem of deformation of the metal frame can be solved, but after the frame portion is injection-molded to form a color layer, There is a problem that workability is low because the front part needs to be injection-molded.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIGS. 1 to 4 show a crown according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a resin frame in a form in which a space 2 for attaching a front material is secured on the surface of a working tooth model 1. The part 3 is formed by injection molding or compression molding of a thermoplastic resin 4 or a thermosetting resin colored in a cervical part color, and the space 2 on the surface of the resin frame part 3 of the cervical part color is provided. , A pre-formed resin forebody 7 composed of a body color layer 5 and a cut end color layer 6. Examples of the thermoplastic resin include, but are not limited to, polycarbonate resins, polysulfone resins, fluorine resins, acrylic resins, polyamide resins, polyacetal resins, and high-molecular resins such as styrene resins. Resin, a resin compounded to such an extent that the original characteristics of the resin are not lost in order to increase the hardness may be used. Examples of the thermosetting resin include an epoxy resin and a urethane resin. The preformed resin forebody 7 is a preformed product made of the same material as the resin frame portion 3. In this case, it is desirable to select the same material for the preformed resin forebody 7 and the resin frame portion 3, but the material is not limited to this. Then, as an example of manufacturing the crown, as shown in FIG. 2, a crown wax mold 8 having a space 2 for attaching a front material is formed on a working tooth model 1. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the preformed resin forebody 7 is attached to the space 2 of the wax wax type 8, and if necessary, the preformed resin forebody 7 is adjusted for occlusion. Next, the working tooth model 1, the wax mold 8 and the preformed resin preform 7 are primarily buried in a lower flask (not shown) with gypsum 9. Next, a wax sprue 10 and a wax air vent 11 are formed. Next, it is secondarily buried with gypsum 12 in an upper flask (not shown). Next, as shown in FIG. 4, a gypsum mold 14 having a cavity 13 having the same shape as the crown wax mold 8 is manufactured by dewaxing. In this case, a sprue hole 15 and an air vent hole 16 are formed in the gypsum mold 14. Next, the cervical color resin 4 is molded by injecting the cervical color thermoplastic resin 4 into the cavity 13 through the sprue hole 15. In this case, when the resin preform 7 and the resin frame 3 are made of the same material, they are bonded by heat. After that, the crown 17 which is an integral part of the preformed resin forebody 7 and the resin frame portion 3 is indexed, the shape is corrected, and finishing is performed. In this embodiment, as described above, the preformed resin preform 7 is used.
Since the crown 17 is made of all resin and has a resin frame portion 3 formed by injection molding or compression molding of a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin, there is no problem of metal allergy or metal harmfulness and corrosion resistance. In addition, the use of the preformed resin forebody 7 allows a plurality of crowns to be manufactured by one molding. Further, since the pre-formed resin forebody 7 is laminated to form the crown wax mold 8, the pre-made resin forebody 7 and the crown are compared with a case where the pre-made resin forebody 7 is bonded to the resin frame 3, for example. It is easy to set the wax mold 8 to a position or form that matches the adjacent teeth or the opposing teeth, and the compatibility is good. FIGS. 5 to 7 show a bridge according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a space for attaching a precursor to the surface of a working model 23 having tooth models 21 and 22 is shown. The resin frame portion 25 in a form in which the resin film 24 is secured is formed by injection molding or compression molding of a thermoplastic resin 26 or a thermosetting resin colored in a cervical color. An abutment frame portion 27 formed on the tooth model 21 and an abutment frame portion 28 formed on the tooth model 22 For a pontic tooth formed between the two frame portions 27, 28 via a connecting portion 29. Frame part 3
Consists of zero. In the space 24 on the surface of the resin frame portion 25 of the cervical region, a preformed resin forebody 33 composed of a resin forebody part 31 colored for the body color and a resin forehead cut end part 32 for the cut end color. It has. And
As an example of manufacturing the bridge, a wax crown (not shown) is formed on the working model 23, and the preformed resin front body 33 is attached to the space of the wax crown. The occlusal adjustment of the forebody 33 is performed. Next, as in the first embodiment, the bridge 34 is manufactured by burying and dewaxing as shown in FIG. 7 and molding, indexing and finishing the resin frame portion 25 of the cervical color by injection. is there. In FIG. 7, reference numeral 35 denotes a cavity having the same shape as the crown wax type, 36 denotes a sprue hole, and 37 denotes an air vent hole. In this embodiment, as described above, the all-resin bridge 3 having the resin preform 33 and the resin frame 25 formed by injection molding or compression molding of a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin is used.
Since it is 4, there is no problem of metal allergy or metal harm, and it is excellent in corrosion resistance. In addition, since the preform 33 is used, a plurality of layers of bridges can be manufactured by one molding. In addition, since the prefabricated resin forebody 33 is laminated to produce a wax crown type, the prefabricated resin forebody 3 is compared with, for example, the case where the preform resin forebody 33 is bonded to the resin frame portion 25.
3 and the crown wax type can be easily set to a position and a shape that match the adjacent teeth and the opposing teeth, and the compatibility is good. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention. For example, the types of thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin, and the like are not limited to the above-described examples, and can be appropriately selected. The resin frame may be molded by a conventional method using an acrylate-based room-temperature polymerizable resin, a heat-polymerizable resin, a photopolymerizable resin, or the like. If the resin preform and the resin frame portion are not made of the same material, a well-known process such as forming a concave groove for coupling on the inner surface of the resin preform may be performed. In addition, the crown and the bridge can be applied to a posterior portion that does not touch the appearance, and the above-described exemplary structure can be applied to various types.
