2. Description of the Related Art An ordinary enamel wire manufacturing apparatus which has been conventionally used includes a paint application section such as a paint application roller (hereinafter abbreviated as an application roller) rotating in paint and a drawing tool such as a felt or a die. After applying the paint to the running wire using a paint application tank equipped with a coating and drying and baking in a baking furnace, repeating the application and baking several times, it is wound around the take-up bobbin of the take-up machine via the take-off capstan. It is a device to take.

[0003] In the above-mentioned manufacturing apparatus, a paint coating tank (hereinafter, abbreviated as a coating tank) is used at the time of initial wire-laying when manufacturing an enameled wire, or at the time of wire breaking at the time of wire breakage during manufacturing. Apply a roller cover (processed tin plate, commonly called "boat") to the application roller to prevent paint from sticking to the wire, or use a 5 mmφ lot rod. The wire is lifted to prevent the paint from sticking, and the wire is passed through a drawing device. After rotating the roller, remove the roller cover etc. from the coating tank, apply the paint to the wire, squeeze out the excess paint with a squeeze tool, and repeat baking several times to obtain a normal enameled wire. For loss removal He had been transferred to a bobbin for the product from the bobbin.

[0005] In the paint application process at the start of production, when the roller cover and the lot bar are removed and the paint is applied to all running wires (hereinafter, also referred to as “all running wires” and “all passes”) at once by using a squeeze tool. In particular, in the production of thick-film enameled wires equivalent to two or more types of JIS and heat-resistant enameled wires such as AIW, it is necessary to increase the amount of paint applied. There is a problem that foaming occurs in the process and foam particles are generated on the surface of the traveling wire. In addition, there is a problem that the running wire is broken or the felt and the die of the drawing tool are damaged due to the generation of foam particles. Further, when the wire is broken, the wire must be connected from the beginning, which requires a great deal of labor and is a problem.

In particular, when the above-mentioned thick film enameled wire or the like is manufactured by using a die as a drawing tool, the hole diameter of the die is gradually increased in accordance with the film thickness which increases with each number line. Is considerably larger than the diameter of the first die. Therefore, if the roller cover or the like is removed from the application tank and the paint is applied to all the passes at once, a considerably large amount of paint will be applied to the surface of the wire, especially in the dies near the final position. The generation of grains has increased. In that case, in the die squeezing application step and the grain detection dice adopting step, disconnection is often caused by foaming particles at the stage of applying the paint, which has been a problem.

Next, after the traveling wire 1 having been dried and baked a total of four times passes through the third step d3 of the stepped portion 7a, the traveling wire 1 is moved to the application roller 2 by the third step d3 of the stepped portion 7a.
The position is set below the upper surface 2u, for example, as shown in FIG. 3D (this state is also the state when the stepped portion is set to 7a in FIG. 4), and the traveling wire rod of the third block is set. 1
u is coated with paint 3 to make a paint-coated wire 1 ′, excess paint is squeezed out with a die 4, dried in a baking furnace 8,
A normal enameled wire is obtained by repeating baking twice. When the quality is stabilized, the bobbin 14
Switch to.

In the third embodiment, the stepped portion 7a has three steps and the traveling wire 1 has two blocks each of three blocks. However, the stepped portion 7a has six steps and the traveling wire 1 has 1
Of course, it is good also as a book. In some cases, the stair-like portion 7a may be formed in two steps, and the traveling wire 1 may be formed as two blocks each of three, and there is no particular limitation.

By using the manufacturing apparatus of the present invention,
There is no need to use a roller cover or the like, so that contamination in the vicinity can be prevented. In addition, since no foam particles are generated during the production, the workability in producing a thick-film enameled wire or a heat-resistant enameled wire is improved, and the quality is stabilized and the productivity is improved. Further, when the means for sequentially applying the paints is automated, the rationalization, labor saving and further improvement in productivity can be obtained. Further, damage to the squeezing tool such as a die and a felt can be reduced, which contributes to cost reduction.
Therefore, the present invention has an extremely large effect of contributing to industry.

FIG. 3 is a schematic view seen from behind the step-like portion and the application roller in order to explain the relationship between the operation position of the step-like portion of the paint sequential applying means and the position of the traveling wire. FIG.
The paint is not applied to all running wires. FIG. 4B shows a state in which the paint is applied to two of the traveling wires of the first block down to the lowest first step in the step-like portion from the upper surface of the application roller. FIG. 3C shows a state in which the second step of the step-like portion is lowered below the upper surface of the application roller, and the paint is applied to two of the traveling wires of the second block.
FIG. 4D shows that the third highest step in the stepped portion descends from the upper surface of the application roller, and the paint is further applied to two of the traveling wires in the third block, and the paint is applied to all the traveling wires. It is in a state of being applied.
