2弁部材41と摺動筒31とが下降するよう設けたから、定
量の液体を順次注出することが出来る。 又従来例のよ
うな液体注出用のパイプを使用しないから液体の粘性が
大であっても支障を示すことはなく、容器体内への置換
用外気の流入を必要としないから、収納液体が外気に触
れて悪影響を受けることもない。

Also, since the pipe for liquid ejection as in the conventional example is not used, no problem is exhibited even if the viscosity of the liquid is large, and since the replacement outside air does not need to flow into the container body, the stored liquid is not necessary. Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 可撓性の胴部2を有し、かつ口頸部3を
起立するチューブ容器体1と、 上記口頸部外面へ主筒12下部を、又口頸部内面へ、主筒
下部に付設した第1内向きフランジ13を介して垂下する
内筒14を、回動不能に嵌着させて主筒12を起立し、上記
内筒下端に第2内向きフランジ15を付設すると共に、主
筒上端面を、中央部開口16の頂板17で閉塞する主筒部材
11と、 上記内筒14内面へ嵌着させた固着筒部22下端から、ほぼ
等間隔に複数のうず巻線状バネ片23を突出してこれ等バ
ネ片先端を弁板24外周面へ付設し、弁板24の外周部下面
を第2内向きフランジ15の内周部上面へ当接させた下方
吐出弁25を形成する第1弁部材21と、 上記主筒12の内周面へ、強制摺動自在にかつ水密に外周
面を圧接させた短筒部32内面から、第3内向きフランジ
33を突設する摺動筒31と、 上記第3内向きフランジ33内へ遊挿させた有底筒42の上
端から、第3内向きフランジ33上面へ係合させて複数の
係合板43を突設し、又有底筒下端から第3内向きフラン
ジ33のフランジ孔よりも大外径でかつ主筒12内径よりも
小外径のテーパ状筒44を下外方へ拡開突出し、摺動筒31
に対する上下動で、第3内向きフランジ33内周部下面と
テーパ状筒上面とが形成する上方吐出弁45を閉開する第
2弁部材41と、 上記主筒12の外面へ、頂壁52外周から垂下する周壁53を
螺合させると共に、頂壁52中央部から開口16内へ遊挿さ
せて垂下する押下げ棒54で、有底筒の底板を介して主筒
12下部まで第2弁部材41を押下げ、又頂壁52下面から垂
下する筒栓55で開口16を密閉するキャップ51とで形成し
たことを特徴とする定量液体注出容器。
1. From the lower end of the fixed cylindrical portion 22 fitted to the inner surface of the inner cylinder 14, a plurality of spirally wound spring pieces 23 project at substantially equal intervals, and the tips of these spring pieces are attached to the outer peripheral surface of the valve plate 24. The first valve member 21 forming the lower discharge valve 25 in which the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion of the valve plate 24 is in contact with the upper surface of the inner peripheral portion of the second inward flange 15, and the inner peripheral surface of the main cylinder 12 is forcibly applied. A third inward flange is formed from the inner surface of the short cylindrical portion 32 in which the outer peripheral surface is slidably and watertightly pressed.
A plurality of engaging plates 43 are formed by engaging the sliding cylinder 31 projecting the 33 and the upper surface of the third inward flange 33 from the upper end of the bottomed cylinder 42 loosely inserted into the third inward flange 33. A tapered cylinder 44 having a larger outer diameter than the flange hole of the third inward flange 33 and a smaller outer diameter than the inner diameter of the main cylinder 12 is projected from the lower end of the bottomed cylinder downward and outward, and the sliding is performed.
