Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blocking between sheets in a container comprising a sheet mainly containing polyvinyl chloride by mixing partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride with small compatibility with polyvinyl chloride in a melted state into polyvinyl chloride to form fine unevenness on a sheet surface. SOLUTION: Fine unevenness is formed on a surface 1 of a container body 1 by mixing partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride 3 with small compatibility with polyvinyl chloride in a melted state like islands into polyvinyl chloride 2 which is a main composition on the surface 1 of the container body. At this time, 20 to 40 W/W% of the partially crosslinked polyvinyl, chloride composition in a sheet for polyvinyl chloride should be added, while a particle diameter of the partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride is set in a range of 4 to 20 μm. Thus blocking between sheets and blocking between container internal faces may be prevented, while blocking between external surfaces of a container even if a plurality of containers are stacked for packaging in case of blood bags.

2. Description of the Related Art Soft vinyl chloride resins are widely used as various containers because of their excellent workability, safety and low cost. However, blocking occurs between the inner surfaces due to migration of the plasticizer, which is a composition during heating, and it becomes difficult to open the container. When filling the inside of the container with some liquid, smooth passage of the liquid may be hindered and problems may occur. There was sex. As a method for preventing such a soft vinyl chloride resin from blocking, for example, there is a method of embossing a surface of a backup roll attached to a sheet take-off machine in soft vinyl chloride resin processing and transferring the emboss to one surface of a sheet. However, this method requires expensive equipment such as an embossing roll. For this reason, development of a container of a composition of a soft vinyl chloride resin having no blocking between inner surfaces has been desired. The inventor of the present invention has made intensive studies in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has arrived at the following invention.

[0005] A method of forming a sheet constituting the container body will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, a polyvinyl chloride composition containing partially cross-linked polyvinyl chloride is supplied from a hopper 5 of an extruder 4 to a screw section 6 and heated by a heater 7.
, Where it is uniformly melted and kneaded and extruded into a die 8. The extruded polyvinyl chloride composition sheet 9 is
It is wound by the winder 10. The polyvinyl chloride composition sheet 9 is formed into a bag shape as shown in FIG. 3 to form a container main body 11 (in the figure, 13 is a container main body sealing portion). Weld 12 and container 1
Form 1A. The partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride constituting the polyvinyl chloride composition is 20 W /
It is preferable to add from W% or more to less than 40 W / W%. The partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride component is contained in the polyvinyl chloride composition in 2 parts.
If it is less than 0 W / W%, blocking occurs between the sheets, making it difficult for the sheets to peel off. For example, when the container 11 shown in FIG. Further, the partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride component having a ratio of 40 W / W% or more in the polyvinyl chloride composition is not preferable because the sealing property is deteriorated.

Example 2 A polyvinyl chloride composition sheet having a thickness of 0.5 mm and comprising the above-mentioned formulations 1, 3, and 4 was subjected to high-frequency sealing, then sterilized by high-pressure steam at 121 ° C. for 20 minutes, and dried. Then, a test piece having a width of 1 cm including a non-sealed portion was prepared, and its sealing strength was measured at a pulling speed of 200 mm / min using a load cell tensile tester. Table 3 shows the results. From the results in Table 3, the partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride component was 40 W / W in the polyvinyl chloride composition.
%, It was confirmed that the sealing strength was somewhat weak. Others were confirmed to have the optimum seal strength (3 to 4 kgf / cm).
