Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely bring a finger tip into contact with a grip rubber when a writing utensil is gripped by a method wherein hole parts are provided on the grip rubber which is fitted on the outer peripheral part of a barrel main body, and protruding parts for the engagement of a cap, which are provided on the barrel main body, are made to protrude to the outside of the grip rubber. Thus, by making the protruding parts 4 for the engagement of the gap locate within the range of the grip rubber 2, and shortening a distance between the nib part 5 and the grip rubber 2, a finger tip is surely brought into contct with the grip rubber when this writing utensil is gripped.
