However, the resin coating layer is easily damaged by a sharp knife such as a kitchen knife. In the dishwasher, since water falls on the dish basket almost continuously during use, rust is easily generated at the above-mentioned damaged portion. In addition, when the resin coating layer is formed, the diameter of the wire constituting the tableware basket becomes large, which hinders the passage of the washing water, and the washing ability may not be sufficiently exhibited, for example, leaving unwashed.

That is, a dish basket made of a stainless metal wire does not rust even if the wire is scratched by contact with a blade or the like. In addition, scales and the like hardly occur. For this reason, it can be used hygienically over a long period of time, and the appearance is well maintained. In addition, the diameter of the wire can be reduced by the amount of the resin coating layer as compared with the conventional resin coating layer formed on the surface, so that the ratio of the water injected from the water injection hole is reduced. In addition, the possibility of uneven cleaning or rinsing is reduced.

In the conventional tableware basket, a tableware holding member for holding the tableware is individually provided for each tableware, so that the total number of wires is large, and welding work is performed while holding each wire. Since it had to be done, the labor of assembly was also difficult. On the other hand, according to the above configuration, the number of wires to be used can be significantly reduced as compared with the related art. Further, at the time of assembling, welding portions at both ends of one wire are first welded, and then welding portions at the central portion may be sequentially welded, so that assembling labor is reduced. For this reason, manufacturing costs can be significantly reduced.

In such a two-stage tableware basket, relatively large areas of tableware, such as plates, are stored in the basket main body, while relatively small dishes, such as cups and teacups, are placed on the mounting shelf. Tableware can be placed face down. Therefore,
Many dishes can be efficiently stored in a small bottom area. In addition, the wires may collide with each other when moving the movable mounting shelf. However, it is possible to prevent the resin coating layer from becoming a cushioning material and generating a large collision noise. Further, since the cups, teacups, and the like placed on the mounting shelf are not individually held, for example, when the tableware basket is housed in the washing room, it is easy to slide on the mounting shelf. When applied, the friction increases, so that the slipping of cups, teacups and the like is suppressed.

That is, in general, burrs are easily formed on a cut surface of a stainless steel wire, so that it is necessary to remove burrs by mechanical polishing or the like. When both ends of the wire are oriented substantially vertically upward as in the above configuration, the polishing of both ends can be performed from the same direction, so that the polishing process is efficient and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS.
In the case 0, the connecting member 34 made of polypropylene resin or the like is fitted into the outer frames 31 before and after the basket main body 30, and the upper basket outer frame 41 is fixed to the connecting member 34 with the screws 35, whereby the basket main body 30 is mounted. The upper basket 40 is provided with a mounting shelf 42 that can freely swing around a shaft 43. When the mounting shelf 42 is rotated in the direction of arrow A2 in FIG. Reference numeral 42 substantially vertically contacts the side of the upper basket outer frame 41 and is held vertically. Thereby, the height limitation by the mounting shelf 42 is eliminated, and tall tableware can be stored also in the basket main body 30 below the upper basket 40. Conversely, when the mounting shelf 42 is rotated to the position of the stopper 44 in the direction of arrow A1 in FIG.
The mounting shelf 42 is held substantially horizontally, and relatively small tableware such as cups and teacups can be placed side by side on the mounting shelf 42. Of course, in this case, small dishes can be stored in the basket main body 30 below the upper basket 40 as shown in FIG.

The upper basket 40 may be made of a wire made of stainless steel similarly to the basket main body 30. However, like the conventional tableware basket, the basket is made of a wire made of iron, and May be immersed in a liquid nylon resin to cover the surface of the wire with the resin. In the upper basket 40, for example, when the mounting shelf 42 is rotated, the lower surface of the mounting shelf 42 collides with the stopper 44, but the collision sound is reduced with the wire having the resin coating layer formed thereon. In addition, the noise when placing a cup or the like on the placing shelf 42 is also reduced. Furthermore, since the surface of the resin coating layer has a greater friction than stainless steel, the placed cup or bowl can be prevented from slipping.

Next, another embodiment of the tableware basket 20 according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 is a plan view of the appearance of the tableware basket of the present embodiment, similarly to FIG. 2, wherein FIG. 7A is a top view and FIG. 7B is a front view. Tableware basket 20 of the present embodiment
In the figure, a gripping member 36 formed integrally with the connecting member 34 is attached to a front portion of the outer frame 31. The gripping member 36 is made of, for example, polypropylene resin or the like,
Thermal conductivity is much smaller than stainless steel. For this reason, even if it is exposed to hot water or hot air at the time of washing the dishes, it does not easily become hot, and after washing the dishes, the user can grasp the gripping member 36 and pull the dish basket 20 forward.
