Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost reduction and a decrease in the width of a gap for higher efficiency, by engaging a hook part formed at an iron core, with a recessed part formed at both side walls of permanent magnets. SOLUTION: A recessed part 11 is formed at both sides of respective permanent magnets 7a to 7d. A protruding line 12 positioned at a clearance between the respective permanent magnets 7a to 7d adjacent to each other is formed at an iron core 6, and a hook part 13 engaged with the recessed part 11 is formed respectively at both sides of the respective protruding lines 12. The respective permanent magnets 7a to 7d are fixed on the iron core 6 by engaging the hook part 13 at the recessed part 11. As a result, pipes for fastening the permanent magnets 7a to 7d can be eliminated, therefore, it is possible to provide cost reduction, and improve the efficiency of the magnet motor because eddy current flowing through piping inside can be eliminated and the width of a gap 10 can be reduced.
