2. Description of the Related Art The rapid increase in allergic diseases in recent years has been reported in many media outlets, mainly due to changes in dietary habits and the rapid increase in opportunities for exposure to chemicals. It is said that there is. Against the background of this situation, the number of people with sensitive skin who are susceptible to various stimuli, including atopic dermatitis, is rapidly increasing, and this countermeasure has become a major issue. For people with such sensitive skin, cosmetics with extremely reduced chemical substances that are likely to become irritants have been developed. However, the reduction in chemical substances and their reduction in stability and original functions cannot be avoided. In fact, for example, it has been necessary to carry out packaging or refrigerated storage, which are subdivided according to the amount of use. In addition, there was no way to know whether a cosmetic was suitable for a person with sensitive skin, except by conducting a patch test or the like for each individual. That is, a cosmetic that can be applied to people with sensitive skin without impairing the stability and the original function has been desired, and means for discriminating whether the cosmetic is suitable for people with sensitive skin has been desired.

On the other hand, methylcellulose, xanthan gum, bentonite, carboxymethylcellulose, polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 4,000 to 10,000, collagen, cationic ethylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, acrylic acid / alkyl methacrylate copolymer and the like have a thickening action and a moisturizing action. Has been used for a long time in skin external preparations such as cosmetics as a substance having such a substance. However, these substances suppress the percutaneous absorption of parabens, and the cosmetics containing these are parabens-containing cosmetics. However, it has not been known at all that it is a cosmetic that can be used safely even by people with sensitive skin. Whether the cosmetic is suitable for people with sensitive skin is filled with saline on the receiver side of a Franz diffusion cell equipped with a semi-permeable membrane, and the cosmetic is applied on the upper part of the semi-permeable membrane. It was not known at all that what could be predicted by measuring the transfer amount of parabens into physiological saline and using the small transfer amount as an index was measured.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS (1) Method for Differentiating Cosmetic for Sensitive Skin of the Present Invention The method for identifying cosmetic for sensitive skin according to the present invention is directed to a Franz-type diffusion cell equipped with a semi-permeable membrane on the receiver side. Filling with physiological saline, applying cosmetic on top of the semi-permeable membrane, measuring the amount of paraben transferred to saline in cosmetic, and using the small amount of this transfer as an index I do. The semi-permeable membrane that can be used in the identification method of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a semi-permeable membrane that does not allow passage of large molecules such as proteins and allows passage of small compounds such as salts. The semipermeable membrane can be used, and examples of such a semipermeable membrane include cellulosic cellulosic paper, a dialysis membrane, a reverse osmosis membrane, Pichit, and the like. Among them, the use of a dialysis membrane is particularly preferable. Among the dialysis membranes, those made of cellulose and having a molecular weight cut off of 12,000 to 14,000 are particularly preferred. This is because the experimental results are in good agreement with the transdermal absorption of parabens. Physiological saline to be filled on the receiver side can contain sugar, buffer salt, etc.
The effect can be sufficiently exerted only with physiological saline. The measurement of the transfer amount is preferably such a length that a sufficient difference in absorbability can be sensed, and specifically, about 16 hours.
If the amount of paraben transferred is less than 50% of the amount applied in about 16 hours, it can be identified as a cosmetic suitable for people with sensitive skin, especially those with sensitive skin who are sensitive to parabens. In the measurement of the transfer amount, the temperature is preferably controlled to a temperature near the skin temperature, that is, 30 to 40 ° C. The transfer amount can be obtained by measuring the amount of paraben in physiological saline on the receiver side by high performance liquid chromatography or the like. Also, simply, it can be measured by measuring ultraviolet absorbance.

(2) Cosmetic of the present invention The cosmetic of the present invention is characterized in that the amount of parabens passing through the semi-permeable membrane is 5 times the amount of the applicate in the above-mentioned identification method.
It is characterized in that it is 0% or less and is applied to people with sensitive skin, especially to people with sensitive skin to parabens. Since the cosmetic of the present invention suppresses the absorption of parabens, it can be used safely even in people with such sensitive skin. In order to obtain such cosmetics, basically, the cosmetics that have been prototyped are evaluated and differentiated according to the above-mentioned identification method, and if the amount passed is greater than 50%, the method is optimized while improving the prescription and the like. In principle, prescription is performed, but such a work can be easily performed by adding a substance that suppresses percutaneous absorption of parabens as described below. Since all of these substances are known as raw materials for cosmetics, there is no problem in using them as paraben absorption inhibitors. The dosage form of the cosmetic of the present invention is not limited as long as it is a cosmetic, for example, a lotion, an emulsion, a cream, a basic cosmetic such as a pack,
Foundation, under makeup, eye color,
Makeup cosmetics such as teak color and lip color,
Preferred examples include hair cosmetics such as hair creams and hair lotions. The cosmetic of the present invention can be formulated using raw materials usually used for cosmetics. Examples of such raw materials include hydrocarbons such as petrolatum and microcrystalline wax, esters such as jojoba oil and gay wax, triglycerides such as tallow, olive oil, higher alcohols such as cetanol and oleyl alcohol, and stearin. Acids, fatty acids such as oleic acid, polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin and 1,3-butanediol, nonionic surfactants, anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, ethanol, carbopol, etc. Preferred examples include thickeners, preservatives, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, pigments, powders, and the like.
