Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain feeding effect of fertilizer over a long period and carry out improvement of soil by impregnating aqueous fertilizer into cork grains obtained by pulverizing natural cork bark. SOLUTION: Cork grains 1 having 10-80 mesh size and obtained by pulverizing natural cork bark is as necessary heated in a iron pot and subjected to destructive distillation and carbonized or decayed. Then, the cork grains 1 and aqueous fertilizer 2 are heated under vacuum in a container or the aqueous fertilizer 2 is impregnated into the cork grains 1 under pressure. Thereby, impregnated fertilizer stably feeds fertilizer for a long period by outer shell of foam and disperse and retention of the fertilizer are carried out without hardening soil by cork material and large effect can be expected for culture of plant in cold district by heat insulation effect, rooting effect, etc., and large effect for improvement in yield of plant culture such as prolongation of culture period in addition to promotion of plant growth is expected.

However, these granular inorganic fertilizers greatly affect the effect of fertilizer supply to the roots of plants depending on the amount of water such as rainwater. The supply amount is so large that it is over-applied and loses nutrients in a short time. Conversely, if the water content is low, the amount required for growth cannot be supplied and there is a drawback such as growth failure. In such a case, it is unavoidable to adjust the supply amount and frequently perform fertilizer dispersal work. I have no choice. In addition, cork grains are formed by pulverizing the remaining cork remaining after being shaped, cut, or polished from natural cork bark into various shapes. The inferior skin and the like were incinerated and required a certain amount of expense for disposal. In view of the drawbacks to be solved, the present invention provides a fertilizer material that makes it possible to use natural materials effectively in the agricultural field, enables continuous and efficient supply, and contributes to land improvement. It is an object.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The cork particles used in the present invention are natural materials and therefore have no effect on the global environment. Further, as described above, they are aggregates of soft air bubbles, so that they have moderate elasticity. It is a material with excellent properties of heat insulation, heat retention and absorption. In the present invention, the cork particles of the natural bark are characterized by impregnating with an aqueous fertilizer. A method of heating the aqueous fertilizer and the cork granules in a container under vacuum, or forcibly impregnating the fertilizer with pressure or the like can be selected. As shown in FIG. 1, this fertilizer impregnation allows the fertilizer (2) to penetrate into the cells of the independent cells of the cork grain (1), and becomes an organic fertilizer material containing a large amount of fertilizer with respect to its volume.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In carrying out the present invention, the cork granules used here may be in a powder state, but are substantially in a powder state.
It has a particle size of ~ 80 mesh, and usually this cork particle is used as it is. However, in order to further enhance the properties such as heat insulation, heat retention and absorption, the cork particle is heated and decomposed in a kettle. It can be used after being distilled and carbonized, and it is possible to choose to use the cork particles after being spoiled in advance in order to assimilate them to the land at an early stage.

When the cork particles impregnated with the fertilizer are sprayed as described above, the impregnated fertilizer in the cork air bubbles gradually leaks to the outside due to the moisture in the soil with the passage of time, and the retained amount is reduced. The outer shell structure prevents rapid leakage and shows a stable fertilizer supply effect over a long period of time. In addition, fertilizers such as humus and lime are generally easy to harden and clump the soil. However, by mixing cork grains obtained by impregnating the fertilizer into independent cells of cork and using the soil, the soil is not hardened and The fertilizer is dispersed and maintained, so that the roots of the plant are easy to spread and a warming effect is obtained, and the growth of the fertilizer is greatly promoted.

According to the above configuration, the following excellent effects can be obtained. The fertilizer-impregnated cork particles of the present invention have replaced air and fertilizer in the air vesicles, and the impregnated fertilizer stably supplies fertilizer for a long time in the outer shell of the air vesicles,
In addition, the properties of cork wood do not harden the soil, and the fertilizer is dispersed and maintained, greatly promoting its growth. In particular, a great effect can be expected for plant cultivation in cold regions due to a heat retaining effect and a rooting effect, and a large effect is expected for improving the profitability of plant cultivation such as prolonging the cultivation period in addition to promoting plant growth.
