スチレン或は発泡ポリウレタン等により形成された合成
樹脂の発泡材からなる緩衝層5と、該緩衝層5の上面に
押出成形で形成した防食直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層6
からなる下水、汚水、屎尿等用輸送配管としたものであ
るから、中心部には押出成形により形成された高密度ポ
リエチレンの樹脂製導管1を設けたので鋼管とか鋳物管
に比して軽量安価であり、樹脂製導管1の外周に緩衝用
布テープ2を螺旋状に巻回して接着剤で固定したので樹
脂製導管1を保護し、緩衝用布テープ2の外周に第1補
強ステンレステープ3を反対螺旋状に巻回して接着剤で
固定し、第1補強ステンレステープ3の外周に第2補強
ステンレステープ4を反対螺旋状に2重に巻回して接着
剤で固定したのできわめて堅牢であり、第2補強ステン
レステープ4の外側に発泡プロポリプレンまたは発泡ポ
リエチレンまたは発泡ポリエステルまたは発泡ポリスチ
レン或は発泡ポリウレタン等により形成された合成樹脂
の発泡材からなる緩衝層5を設け、該緩衝層5の上面に
押出成形で形成した防食直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層6
を設けたので、摩耗に対して著しく堅牢となり、他の材
料に比し寒さには圧倒的に強いので寒冷地での使用に向
き、地域によりパイプを曲げて敷設することがあっても
亀裂の発生は少ない。また、緩衝層5の上面に防食用直
鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層6を設けるにあたり押出成形
により設けたから、最も困難な防食用直鎖状低密度ポリ
