2. Description of the Related Art At the time of laminating interior finishing materials (hereinafter referred to as finishing materials), laminating using an adhesive tape has already been performed. 19636 and the like.
However, according to the conventional method shown in this publication, when performing bonding using an adhesive tape, strong adhesive force is exerted from the moment the bonding surface is bonded to the interior base (hereinafter referred to as “base”) surface. However, it was difficult to correct the position, which caused problems during construction.

On the other hand, an attempt has been made to apply or spray water or water containing a surfactant on a base surface to impart slipperiness between the base surface and the adhesive tape. Unless a low pressure-sensitive adhesive is used, it is not possible to obtain sufficient slipperiness to allow the position of the finishing material to be corrected. On the other hand, if the adhesive strength is low, sufficient adhesive strength to the base material cannot be secured, and there is a great risk of causing problems such as lifting, peeling, displacement, warping, and falling of the finished material after construction, which is a practical problem.

When applied to the adhesive surface or the surface of the finishing material, the adhesive is hydrophobic and does not mix with the moisture of the emulsion, and the polymer molecules in the polymer emulsion exhibit slipperiness at the adhesive interface. Is easy to modify. In addition, if the water penetrates into the substrate or diffuses into the atmosphere or disappears, the adhesive force of the adhesive is quickly restored, and the polymer itself of the emulsion solidifies,
Adhesion is not impaired.

The polymer emulsion used in the method of the present invention has a polymer solid content of 60% or less. If the polymer solids content exceeds 60%, the viscosity of the emulsion becomes too high and the workability is poor. It is to be noted that a dilute polymer having a polymer solid content of less than 10% is not preferred because the polymer molecules in the polymer emulsion hardly contribute to the slipperiness and the workability of the slide is poor.

Among the solvents, acetone and ether are not only poor in workability because the evaporation rate is too high to secure a sufficient time for a sliding operation, and the flash point is relatively low, so It is not preferable because of danger. Further, toluene, tricrene, and the like are not preferable because they have relatively high toxicity and may adversely affect not only the human body but also the environment.

In the method of bonding an interior finishing material according to the present invention, an appropriate amount of a polymer emulsion having a polymer solid content of 60% or less or a solvent is applied to a base surface, an adhesive surface or a finishing material surface during construction. When an interior finishing material, for example, a glued floor material, is adhered to a ground surface, for example, a floor surface, it is possible to delay the timing at which the adhesive force of the adhesive is most exerted, and the position of the glued floor material is stuck. Can be adjusted, so that, for example, the embedding operation of the glued floor material that has been subjected to the salinity processing can be easily performed, and the construction can be performed efficiently. Furthermore, in the method of the present invention, after the water contained in the applied polymer emulsion or the solvent of the applied solvent is sucked into the base material or volatilized in the air and disappears, the adhesive strength of the adhesive is changed.
