Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high resolution even when a liquid crystal(LC) element with low resolution is used by transmitting and shading pixels by the half unit a pixel in the LC display element by a shutter means. SOLUTION: In the case of supplying a video signal to the LC display element 1, ODD and EVEN signals constituting an interlaced signal are alternately impressed. 表示に同期して2つのバックライトを点滅動作させるよ
うにすることで、液晶表示素子の画像を立体映像として
みることができるようにした技術が開示されている。
