Since the conventional assembling of the wall using the building material for log assembly has been performed as described above,
The wall configuration consists only of stacking the upper log building material on the lower log building material. Warping due to the aging (drying) of the wood and the gaps between the log building material layers that are stacked due to inconsistency are likely to occur. In addition, there has been a problem that the inside and outside cannot be normally shut off, the function as a wall cannot be sufficiently performed, and the aesthetic appearance of the log house is greatly impaired. Even in the event of a fire, the wood may be warped or distorted due to the rapid drying of the flame, creating a gap between the steps, and the flame may propagate from one side of the wall to the other side, causing the fire to spread. There was a problem that it would spread and damage would increase.

Four bolt holes 6a respectively drilled at the same distance from both ends of the wood block in the longitudinal direction and the central position in the longitudinal direction, and positions separated by 1/4 of the longitudinal dimension from both ends in the longitudinal direction, In other words, the four bolts 6a are formed of two holes 6b, each of which is formed at an intermediate position between a hole close to both ends of the four bolt holes 6a and a hole near the center. These holes are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center of the wood block 1 in the longitudinal direction, and are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center of the wood block 1 in the longitudinal direction also in each of the regions obtained by bisecting the wood block 1 in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, even when the timber blocks 1 are shifted halfway in the longitudinal direction and stacked so as to form a riding joint, all the through holes 6 can be reliably connected continuously from top to bottom. Further, the bolt hole 6a has a counterbore of a predetermined depth at a hole entrance portion on the side of the ridge portion 2 on the upper surface to avoid interference when stacking the nuts and the like so as not to expose the nut and the like from the upper surface.

The length of the wood block 1 in the longitudinal direction may vary depending on the place to be used. The corner material 11, which is 1.5 times as long as the standard specification (the above configuration), is used. Intersection material 12 that is shorter than the standard specification by half the block width, long intersection material 13 that is twice as long as the standard specification, and half-split material 14 that is half the standard specification. There are variations such as a short member 15 for an intersection that is longer than the divided member 14 by half the block width, and a short member 16 that is shorter than the two-part member 14 by half the block width. In addition, a special long material that is longer than the opening width (length is an integral multiple of the two-piece material 14) that is installed above the opening portion such as a door or a window is also used. These are formed in advance in a plane at the longitudinal end on the side facing the outside, if necessary at the place to be used, and in order to prevent interference with the intersecting timber blocks, the lower surface of the portion corresponding to the intersection position A notch 7 having a transverse cross-sectional shape of the ridge 2 is formed on the side, and a recess 8 which can be engaged with the protrusion 4 of another wood block is formed on a side surface of a portion corresponding to the intersection position.

Next, a method of assembling a wall using a wood block according to the present embodiment based on the above configuration will be described. First, the foundation building material 20 having the through-holes 20a having the same cross-sectional shape and the same arrangement interval as the wood block 1 is placed on the concrete cloth foundation 50 for wall construction as the lowermost stage. At this time, the anchor bolt 51 protruding upward from the concrete cloth foundation 50 by a predetermined length is attached to the foundation building material 20.
The nut 52 is screwed from above the base building material 20 into the through hole 20a, thereby tightening the base building material 20 and securely fixing it to the concrete cloth foundation 50. At the same time, the bolt 53 for fixing the next block is inserted into the groove 20 c of the base building material 20.
Into the through hole 20a from the side,
From which the tip protrudes upward by a predetermined length.
The head of the bolt 53 for fixing the next block is formed in a rectangular plate shape of a predetermined size, and is fitted into the groove 20c of the base building material 20 so as not to idle.

When the wood blocks 1 are stacked in a predetermined step as described above, a long reference plate continuous over a plurality of wood blocks 1 is applied to each wood block 1 and compared with the exact block position described in advance. A check is made to see if there is any lateral spread of the wall due to block displacement or insufficient adhesion between adjacent blocks and make corrections. By making corrections early, it is possible to save the trouble of disassembling and reassembling a partially assembled wall due to an assembly failure due to misalignment.

On the other hand, in the corner portion where the wall intersects, first, the corner material 1 constituting the wall of the corner portion
1 is protruded from the outer surface position of the other wall intersecting the length of the short material 16 by the length of the short material 16, and the corner material 11 is similarly protruded from the wall surface by the length of the short material 16 as described above. A new corner long material 11 of the step is placed at the position of the notch 7 so as to intersect. Lower corner material 1 other than intersection
The short material 16 is placed on the top 1 in a state of being brought into close contact with the upper corner material 11. When the concave portion of the short material 16 is opposed to the concave portion 8 of the corner material 11, a secure contact is obtained by using a nut.
The end of the short material 16 on the side facing the outside is made flat. Similarly to a normal wall portion, the corner members 11 and the short members 16 are successively stacked in the same arrangement as described above while the connection nuts 54 and the studs 55 are appropriately screwed and extended at predetermined steps. As a result, the same regular arrangement of the riding joints as in the continuous normal wall portion can be obtained in the corner portion (see FIG. 4).

One of the through holes 6 of each of the wood blocks 1 constituting the wall is not used, and one of the holes is a hole for introducing a chemical. When powder and granular drug are charged, the drug does not seep out and exists in the through-hole 6 for a long time,
It acts directly on the surrounding wood through the through-hole 6 and gradually penetrates into the wood to obtain a long-term medicinal effect. Further, the introduced chemical is used for the lowermost wood block 1 or the base building material 2.
When it reaches 0 and accumulates in these grooves, the effect of the medicine can be obtained over the entire circumference on the concrete fabric foundation, which is particularly effective for controlling insects such as termites.

As described above, in the wall obtained by the wall assembling method according to the present embodiment, the lower ridge 2 is fitted into the upper groove 3 in a state where the wood blocks 1 are vertically stacked. Since the upper and lower portions are securely engaged with each other, and the convex portions 4 and the concave portions 5 of the horizontally adjacent wood blocks 1 are engaged with each other,
Each of the wood blocks 1 is hardly displaced in the wall thickness direction, and the strength of the stacked walls is greatly improved. Further, since the wood block 1 is a glued laminated wood, warpage and disorder due to drying hardly occur, and each of the stacked wood blocks 1 is hard to move in a direction in which the wood blocks 1 are separated from each other up and down. The function as a wall can be maintained for a long time without damage, and in the event of a fire, there is no warpage or irregularity due to rapid drying due to the flame, no gap is created between each wood block 1, and the propagation of the flame to the opposite side Since it does not occur, if the wall surface is carbonized, there is no further combustion and the fire can be easily extinguished, thereby greatly improving the fire resistance of the wall.

Further, in the wall assembling method according to the present embodiment, the intersection of the walls is formed by stacking predetermined members of the wood block 1 so as to intersect with each other. In addition, as shown in FIG. Timber pillars 9 upright at the intersection
Are arranged in advance, and the wood blocks are combined so that the ends of the wall constituted by the wood blocks 1 are aligned vertically.
An intersection may be formed by contacting the end of the wall with the side surface of the pillar 9. When the wall is constructed by stacking the wood blocks 1 between the pillars 9, the pillar 9 may be used. According to this regulation, the phenomenon that the wall does not expand in the width direction as it goes upward due to insufficient adhesion between the adjacent wood blocks 1 does not occur, and a design different from the case of only the wood blocks 1 can be obtained. When this pillar 9 is used, the wood block 1 is assembled at another place and integrated into a wall shape, and is transported to the position where the pillar 9 is provided, and is inserted between the pillars 9 to construct a wall. It is also possible to reduce the number of work steps on site and shorten the construction period.

As described above, in the present invention, the laminated wood is formed in a block shape in advance, and the blocks are combined and stacked upward so that the through holes communicate vertically, and are integrally connected using the through holes. By building a wall, it is possible to easily build a wall without skill by using a combination of blocks that are easy to carry, greatly reducing the labor and cost of assembling work. It is possible to construct even a wall with a large area at low cost. In addition, the use of the glued laminated lumber has the effect that the warpage and the disorder due to the drying hardly occur, the gap is not generated between the stacked blocks, and the appearance can be maintained. The through-holes of the wood block are arranged symmetrically with respect to a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction, and even when the wood blocks are stacked half-shifted in the longitudinal direction, the through-holes communicate with each other in a continuous manner in the vertical direction, so that the wood block becomes a riding joint. It is possible to increase the strength of the wall by preventing the seams of the wood blocks from being continuous. Further, in the present invention, by forming the ridges and grooves in the wood block and fitting the ridges and grooves in the stacking of the wood blocks, the resistance to the force of shifting the stacked wood blocks is increased. In addition, the strength of the constructed wall can be increased, and there is an effect that a gap is hardly generated between the stacked wood blocks and the aesthetic appearance is not spoiled. Further, in the present invention, a notch is formed on the bottom surface of the wood block, and when the wood blocks are crossed and stacked, the notch is engaged with the protruding ridge of the lower wood block to form a group. The alignment at the time of attachment becomes easy, and the strength at the intersection of the walls can be increased. In addition, there is an effect that no excessive gap is generated between the wood blocks and the appearance is not impaired. Further, in the present invention, a concave portion and a convex portion are formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the wood block, and the concave portion and the convex portion of the wood block adjacent in the longitudinal direction are engaged with each other, so that the connection between the wood blocks is more improved. It has the effect that it becomes strong, the stability in assembling is improved, and the strength of the constructed wall can be further increased.
Further, in the present invention, a recess is formed on the side surface of the wood block, and when the wood blocks are arranged in a direction perpendicular to each other, the recess on the side surface is engaged with the protrusion of the other wood block, so And the strength of the intersection of the walls can be increased. In addition, there is an effect that no excessive gap is generated between the wood blocks and the appearance is not impaired. Further, in the present invention, a combination of wood blocks that are easy to carry is constructed by combining wood blocks and stacking them upward so that the through holes vertically communicate with each other, and integrally connecting the through holes with bolts to form a wall. The wall can be easily constructed without skill, and the labor and cost of assembling work can be greatly reduced, and any size can be made by combining blocks.
This has the effect that a wall with a large area can be constructed at low cost. In addition, the use of the laminated wood blocks has the effect that no gap is generated between the stacked blocks and the appearance can be maintained. Further, in the present invention, the wooden blocks are stacked so as to be a riding joint by shifting the wooden blocks by half in the longitudinal direction, so that the joints of the wooden blocks are not continuous and the strength of the wall can be increased, and the design is improved. This has the effect that an excellent product can be obtained. In addition, in the present invention, by adding and extending a bolt for fixing a wood block,
Eliminating the need to raise the wood block to a high position once and passing it through a series of long bolts to improve the workability, as well as the ability to fix the wood block at each predetermined step, enhance the connection between the wood blocks. This has the effect that a stronger wall can be obtained. Further, in the present invention, by feeding an insect repellent and a preservative to one of the through holes arranged in a continuous manner in an assembled state, the wood block is slowly released without allowing the agent to flow out of the through hole. It is penetrated into the inside, and has an effect that the medicinal ingredient remains for a long time and the effect of the drug can be effectively exerted. Further, in the present invention, by inserting wires / cables in advance into any of the through-holes that are arranged so as to communicate continuously in the assembled state, it is possible to insert the through-hole of the wood block as necessary in interior construction work. By providing a through hole, the wires and cables in the through holes can be taken out and wired, so that these wires and cables are not exposed and arranged on the interior surface of the room in the interior, so that the aesthetic appearance can be maintained.
