Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part fitting structure for a plastic corrugated fiberboard by loading a fitting of thermoplastic resin which is integrally combined with a part such as a grip part into the hollow part of the plasic corrugated fiberboard and thermally welding the fitting member with the plastic corrugated fiberboard. SOLUTION: A fitting member 14 of thermoplastic resin which is integrally combined with a part 13A such as a fitting part, is loaded into one of continuously connected hollow parts 4b partitioned with center cores between two liners 4a of synthetic resin of a plastic corrugated fiberboard 4. Further, the fitting member 14 and the plastic corrugated fiberboard 4 are thermally welded together. Under this part fitting structure, it is possible to fit various kinds of the part 13A onto the plastic corrugated fiberboard 4 through the fitting member 14.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, a bent groove is formed in one liner and a mounting member of the plastic corrugated cardboard and bent, and the cut ends of the bent grooves are welded and closed. You can also. When the cut ends of the bent grooves are heat-sealed and closed as described above, the plastic cardboard liner and the mounting member are melted and hardened to become integral with each other, and the mounting member is bent integrally with the plastic cardboard. The attachment member does not come off the plastic cardboard due to the synergistic action of refraction. Therefore, the component is firmly attached to the plastic cardboard via the attachment member.

On the other hand, the lid 3 is made of the same plastic corrugated cardboard 4 as the box main body 2, and is connected to a lid main plate 3a for closing the upper surface of the box main body 2 via a hinge 3b at the rear edge of the lid main plate 3a. A fixing piece 3c is provided, and a lid stopper piece 3d, which will be described later, provided on the front side edge of the lid main plate 3a. The fixing piece 3c is fitted into the sub-groove 11 of the molding member 8d so that it can be opened and closed on the box body 2. Get on. The hinge portion 3b between the lid main plate 3a and the fixing piece 3c is connected to the liner 4a of the plastic cardboard 4.
The bent groove is cut into a V-shape except one.

As described above, the lid 3 is provided with the lid stopper piece 3d bent downward at an angle of 90 degrees at the front edge of the lid main plate 3a. This lid stopper piece 3d is provided with a hook-shaped locking part 13A attached to the tip thereof.
3A engages with the locking portion 9 of the molding member 8b as shown in FIG. 2 and locks the lid 3 strongly. Therefore, even if the airbag is used for a transportation method such as putting an airbag together with glass or ceramic articles in the box body 2 and inflating the airbag to prevent the articles from moving or being damaged, the internal pressure of the airbag may be reduced. The lid 3 does not open. The engagement / release of the engagement part 9 with the engagement part 13A is possible by elastically deforming the lid stopper piece 3d.

Next, a method of attaching the locking part 13A will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 3, a rod-shaped mounting member 14 made of a thermoplastic resin (for example, polypropylene, polyethylene, or the like) is provided on the locking component 13A at an appropriate interval at the rear edge of the main body. Each of the mounting members 14 is thick enough to enter the hollow portion 4b of the plastic cardboard 4 and is longer than the length of the lid stopper piece 3d. On the other hand, the lid 3 is in a flat state before bending the lid stopper 3d.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4A, all the mounting members 14 of the locking parts 13A are loaded (inserted) into the hollow portion 4b of the plastic cardboard 4. And 25
FIG. 4B shows a V-shaped blade 15 heated to about 0 ° C. to 300 ° C.
As described above, a bent groove 16 having a depth that does not reach the lower one liner 4a by being pressed against the fold curve (see the imaginary line L in FIG. 3) of the plastic cardboard 4 is formed. Since the mounting member 14 passes below the fold curve L, a bent groove 16 is formed in the mounting member 14 by the V-shaped blade 15. Since the cut end of the bent groove 16 is in a molten state due to the heat of the V-shaped blade 15, the bent groove 16 is closed as shown in FIG. When the temperature decreases in this state, the cuts of the plastic cardboard 4 and the cuts of the mounting member 14 and the plastic cardboard 4 and the mounting member 14 are integrally joined. As a result, the lid stopper piece 3d is 9
It is bent at 0 degree and the locking part 13A is attached to the lid 3.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the first to third embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, in the first to third embodiments, the bent groove 16 is provided in the plastic cardboard 4 and the mounting member 14 and heat welding is performed at the bent portion. However, as shown by a broken line in FIG. The ultrasonic welding machine 17 may be pressure-bonded to the outer side of the device, and the two liners 4a, 4a and the mounting member 14 may be thermally welded by ultrasonic waves. Although the first to third embodiments have described the box 1 using the plastic cardboard 4, the component mounting structure of the present invention is applicable to all products using the plastic cardboard 4. In addition, the plastic cardboard 4 may be manufactured by a known laminating method in addition to the one manufactured by the integral extrusion molding method shown in the figure.

As described above, the component mounting structure of the present invention
Various components can be attached to the plastic cardboard via the attachment members. In particular, when all the metal studs and needles are changed to the mounting structure of the present invention, it becomes possible to make the plastic cardboard products 100% synthetic resin. By doing so, when the used plastic corrugated product is recycled (for example, crushed and turned into oil), it has a high cost advantage. Incidentally, when recycling plastic cardboard products using metal studs or needles, it is necessary to remove them in advance, and the removal process is a factor that increases the recycling cost.
