An apparatus comprising: a device main body; and an attachment detachably attached to the device main body, wherein the device main body is movable in a direction approaching and separating from an attachment-side contact of the attachment, and the attachment-side contact. A main body side contact is provided which is biased toward the main body, and in a state where the attachment is mounted on the main body of the apparatus, the main body side contact is pressed against the attachment side contact to electrically connect the main body of the apparatus and the attachment. A portable electronic device configured to be connected to the device main body, wherein the device main body is provided with a plurality of main body side contacts having different natural frequencies from one attachment side contact in the attachment. A portable electronic device characterized by the following.
