Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the bending of the thrusting-out part of a single-sided metallized film, and to stabilize charge and discharge characteristics by a method, wherein the position of gap of a plurality of single-sided metallized films are arranged in the center part of an electrode through a dielectric, the plurality of sheets of single-sided films are wound superposingly and a plurality of capacitor elements are integrally formed. SOLUTION: A plurality of specific insulating margin parts 015 and metallized parts 012, which become the electrode formed by vacuum deposition, etc., are formed in parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction of the dielectric film 013 such as a PET film and a polycrystalline film, etc., on a single-sided metallized film. The single-sided metallized film is obtained as, and the position of gap of the plurality of single-sided metallized films, obtained through a removing process, is arranged in the center part of the electrode 012 through the dielectric, and they are wound superposingly. An integrally formed capacitor element 011 is obtained. In addition, the capacitor element 011 is formed into a flat shape, and it is separated by cutting, in the vicinity of the center of gap.

However, in the case of a single-sided metallized film, since the capacitor element 091 is already manufactured as a single unit at the time of winding the capacitor element in the above-mentioned conventional method, a narrow single-sided metallized film 093 is required. It is necessary to arrange them individually, and the capacitor element 091
There is a drawback that it takes a long time to align the cells and the productivity is low. Further, the single-sided metallized film 113 is disposed so as to protrude by about 0.1 to 1.0 mm in the width direction in order to connect the capacitor element 111 and the electrode protruding portion 114. There is no film 113, and the protruding portion is easily bent by press temperature, pressure, etc. by press molding, and the electrode lead portion 11
4 was insufficient, and this was liable to cause poor charge / discharge characteristics.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, a single-sided metallized film in which a plurality of insulating margin portions and a plurality of electrode portions are formed in parallel in the longitudinal direction of one surface of the dielectric film. Positioning the gap between the single-sided metallized films with slits removed at the center of the margin at the center of the electrode via the dielectric, winding and overlapping, to obtain multiple capacitor elements, a narrow dielectric film It is not necessary to dispose only
Since there is no need to align single elements, productivity can be increased. In addition, since multiple capacitor elements are integrated, the end of the dielectric film does not bend due to press temperature, pressure, etc. during press molding, and a single-sided metallized film capacitor with stable charge / discharge characteristics is obtained. In the present invention, there is no need to limit the dielectric film, and there is no problem with polyphenylene sulfide feed, polyethylene naphthalate, etc. other than those described in the examples. Further, in the embodiment, the example of the one-stage structure is shown, but there is no problem in the multi-stage staggered structure in which the capacitors are connected in series inside the capacitor. Further, although the example of the multilayer film capacitor wound on a flat plate is shown in the second embodiment, the present invention can be applied to a multilayer capacitor wound in a round shape.
