Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform low-cost, resource and energy conversed and unpolluting power generation by utilizing displacement energy generated by the expansion/ contraction of an object by using solar energy or exhaust heat. SOLUTION: For example, if solar energy is used, an expanding/contracting material is housed in a black container 1, and displacement energy is obtained by using a temperature difference between day and night or artificially shutting off sunlight. Thus, for conversion into a rotational motion, a device 6 composed of a spindle, a gear, a belt or the like for repeating expansion/contraction displacement and converting this displacement into a rotational motion is provided, and connected to a device 7 for increasing the speed of this rotation. A brushless generator 8 is connected to the rotary shaft of the device 7 for increasing the speed of the rotation. A booster 9 for increasing a voltage is connected to the output shaft of the generator 8, and a full wave rectifier 10 for converting an AC current into a DC current is connected to the booster 9. Then, a battery 11, an AC load opening/closing device 12 and AC/DC converter 13 are connected to the full wave rectifier 10 and generated power is used.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention is to generate electric power by using energy which has not been used until now. The energy that has not been used so far is the temperature difference between day and night, the difference between the sunshine and shade of sunlight, the difference between the exhaust heat temperature of plants such as thermal power plants and steelworks, and the temperature difference between cold and hot bodies, etc. It refers to the energy of the displacement caused by the expansion and contraction of the object by the temperature difference from the one that generates heat. When using gas, liquid, solid, or high-pressure gas as the expansion / contraction material, enclose it in a container that is flexible in one direction or the rotation direction,
The expansion and contraction displacement energy is converted into rotational energy. When a temperature-sensitive metal material such as bimetal, a metal material having a high expansion coefficient, or a shape memory alloy is used as the expansion / contraction material, a spring-molded material is used. The generator is operated by the rotational force generated by the expansion and contraction, and the generated electromotive force is rectified to charge the storage battery. Increase the voltage to increase charging efficiency.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventional power generation apparatuses use energy such as hydroelectric power, thermal power, nuclear power, wind power, tidal power, and sunlight. However, thermal power generation has recently become a problem from the viewpoint of resource depletion and global warming due to carbon dioxide gas. Nuclear power has become a safety issue in terms of radioactive contamination. Then, there is an attempt to generate power from the principle of a thermocouple in a case where power generation is considered using a temperature difference as energy. However, it has not reached the stage of practical use.

Accordingly, each manufacturer is developing solar power generation, thermoelectric power generation, and other energy-saving and pollution-free energy. However, due to the high cost and the small amount of generated power, the diffusion is slow, and the expected effect is not improved. In order to solve these problems, the present invention considers the temperature difference abundant on the earth as displacement energy of expansion and contraction of an object, and enables low-cost, resource-saving, energy-saving, and pollution-free power generation. It was invented.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. First of all, the expanding / contracting material is wasted from solar heat, geothermal heat, hot spring heat, any other heat sources existing in nature, factories and the like. The expansion is performed by using the waste heat that is discarded, and when the expansion displacement reaches a set value, the heat sources are removed or contracted by cooling. That is, in the case of solar heat, the expansion / contraction material is stored in a black container 1 which can efficiently absorb heat in a place where sunlight is sufficiently applied. Then, displacement energy is obtained by utilizing the temperature difference between day and night or artificially shielding sunlight. In the case where the heat source is a fluid, the heat fluid is introduced by the conduit 2 to the container 3 containing the expandable / contractible material and expanded so that the heat can be efficiently absorbed. The heat source is stopped by the switching valve 4 provided in
Natural cooling is performed as it is, and if necessary, the cooling water valve 5 is opened to forcibly cool and contract to displace. In this way, the expansion displacement and the contraction displacement are repeated. Secondly, there is provided a device 6 for converting these displacements into a rotational motion by a spindle, a gear, a belt or the like. However, this device can be omitted in a device such as a mainspring, which is rotated from the beginning. Third, a device 7 for increasing the rotation is provided. Fourth, a brushless generator 8
Connect. Fifth, a booster 9 for increasing the voltage is connected to the output side of the generator. Sixth, a full-wave rectifier 10 for converting AC to DC is connected to the booster 8. Seventh, a storage battery 11, a DC load switch 12 and a DC-AC converter 13 are connected to the full-wave rectifier 10, and the generated power is used.

The present invention uses solar thermal energy, which is said to be inexhaustible and has not yet been effectively used, while using waste heat that has been wasted to generate power only by the physical phenomena of an object called expansion and contraction. Resource saving, energy saving,
No maintenance has the effect of labor saving and global environment preservation. The amount of power generated by using solar thermal energy can be expected to be considerable if it is used on the roof of a water purification plant, a sewage treatment plant, a park, a school site or a building. In a large plant where a large amount of waste heat is generated, the cost can be reduced by attaching this device. Even in a small plant, the portable device of the present invention can be used. Further, if this power generation method replaces thermal power generation in the future, not only will resource saving be considerable, but also the emission of carbon dioxide will be reduced accordingly, contributing to measures against global warming. It is unlikely that the construction of a hydroelectric dam will destroy the nature, nor will it cost much. As described above, the present invention can save resources and energy.
In terms of labor saving and global environmental protection, it can be said to be the next generation power generator. As a future task, the present invention generates electricity all the time while the temperature is changing, so all must be used efficiently. However, when the gradient of the temperature change becomes low, the number of revolutions decreases, so the power generation voltage also decreases. There is a drawback to go down.
Therefore, it is required that a more efficient charger and storage battery be invented.
