Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool for endoscope which does not cause buckling of the sheath consisting of a flexible tube when the operating wire is operated to draw and has excellent durability. SOLUTION: In the state where the tip end of a sheath 11 protrudes from a treatment tool insert channel 2 of an endoscope, at least a reinforcing insert tube 20 consisting of a flexible tube with a diameter which allows loose insertion of an operating wire 14 in inside of the whole range of the sheath 11 of the part positioned on the near side from the inlet 2a of the treatment tool insert channel 2 and to prevent buckling of the sheath 11 when an operating wire 14 is drawn, is inserted, or a reinforcing coated tube to prevent buckling of the sheath 11 by narrowing the space between the sheath 11 and the operating wire 14 is provided.

Means for Solving the Problems To achieve the above object, a treatment tool for an endoscope according to the present invention is provided in a sheath made of a flexible tube inserted into and removed from a treatment tool insertion channel of an endoscope. In the treatment instrument for an endoscope in which an operation wire is inserted so as to be able to advance and retreat in the axial direction, and a pulling operation of the operation wire is performed from a hand side, a treatment member arranged on a distal end side is operated. When the distal end is protruded from the treatment instrument insertion channel of the endoscope, the operation wire is loosely inserted at least into the inner surface of the entire range of the sheath located at a position closer to the entrance than the entrance of the treatment instrument insertion channel. A reinforcing insertion tube made of a flexible tube having an inner diameter and preventing buckling of the sheath when the operation wire is pulled is inserted.

[0010] In the treatment instrument for an endoscope of the present invention, an operation wire is inserted in a sheath made of a flexible tube which is inserted into and detached from a treatment instrument insertion channel of the endoscope so as to be able to advance and retreat in the axial direction. In the endoscope treatment tool configured to operate the treatment member arranged on the distal end side by pulling the operation wire from the proximal side, the distal end of the sheath is moved from the treatment instrument insertion channel of the endoscope. When the space between the sheath and the operation wire is narrowed on the outer surface of the entire range of the operation wire at least in a portion located closer to the entrance of the treatment instrument insertion channel when the device is in the protruded state, the seat of the sheath is A reinforcing covering tube for preventing bending is provided.

In the endoscope treatment tool of the embodiment configured as described above, as shown schematically in FIG. 3, a compressive force applied when the operation wire 14 is pulled is applied to the sheath 1.
Since the sheath 11 can be dispersed and received not only on the reinforcing insertion tube 20 but also on the reinforcing insertion tube 20, the phenomenon that the sheath 11 undulates and buckles can be prevented or significantly suppressed. Note that the clearance between the inner peripheral surface of the reinforcing insertion tube 20 and the operation wire 14 may be in a range of about 0.05 mm to 0.3 mm in diameter.

4. An operation wire is inserted in a sheath made of a flexible tube inserted into and removed from a treatment instrument insertion channel of an endoscope so as to be able to advance and retreat in an axial direction, and the operation wire is pulled from a hand side. Thus, the treatment tool for an endoscope, in which the treatment member disposed on the distal end side is operated, wherein at least the treatment tool insertion channel is in a state where the distal end of the sheath protrudes from the treatment tool insertion channel of the endoscope. A reinforcing coating tube for preventing buckling of the sheath by narrowing the space between the sheath and the operation wire is provided on the outer surface of the entire area of the operation wire in a portion located closer to the hand than the entrance of the operation wire.
