Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve problems such as a lifting up or a bending of paper, a slipping from a holder, and being weak against wind, and problem points such as being easy to drop at the time of a vertical use by a method wherein on a board, an upper paper fixing clip part and a lower paper fixing clip part are provided. SOLUTION: On a board 1, an upper paper fixing clip part 2a and a lower paper fixing clip part 3a are provided. The paper fixing clip parts 2a, 3a have a strcuture wherein a paper 99 is fixed by urging a rocking arm being rockably connected with the board 1 by a fulcrum, by a spring. When the same upper and lower paper fixing clips are used, the fixing force for the paper 99 is strong, and the board can be used by inverting the top and the bottom. In order to improve the operatability, the lower paper fixing clip part is formed of a simple structure wherein an elastic material is used, and the fixing force is weakened, and the fixation of the paper may be made possible by simply inserting the paper.

The lifting of the paper has caused a problem that the paper is easily broken, curled, or easily displaced from the holder. In addition, there is a problem that the paper is weak against the wind and that the paper is easily dropped when used in a vertical direction by hanging on a wall or the like.
