In the above-mentioned conventional wooden fence made of metal, the surface coating is peeled off due to abrasion or scratches on the surface, or the sheet on the surface is damaged, and the metal base layer is exposed. Rust is generated in places, making it unsightly. When used outdoors, wood mixed with wood flour produces a woody material that absorbs moisture and reduces its strength, and when exposed to ultraviolet light, it fades and changes color tone, Was bad. In addition, wooden fence using natural wood,
Due to the high water absorption, poor weather resistance and easy corrosion
There was a problem with durability. In addition, since the connection between the woods was performed using metal nails, screws, adhesives, or the like, corrosion of the metal parts and peeling of the bonded parts were observed.
In addition, wooden fences constructed from real wood were heavy and inconvenient to carry.

As the resin for the grain pattern layer, the above-mentioned thermoplastic resins are used, and any of the same or different resins can be used as long as they are compatible with the resin for the base material layer. The resin for the wood grain pattern layer is mixed with the pellets as the seed material for the wood grain pattern with the pellets as the ground material,
It is prepared by heating and kneading. The base material pellets are prepared by adding a foaming agent to a selected resin and foaming it with low foaming. As foaming agents, for example, azobisformamide (AZC),
Examples thereof include sodium bicarbonate, ammonium carbonate, and the like, to which an auxiliary resin component, a stabilizer, a lubricant, a pigment, and the like are appropriately added. The amount of the foaming agent is 0.2 to 3.0

range cm 3, preferably to a density in the range of 0.6 ~0.9 g / cm 3. If the density is less than 0.4 g / cm 3 , the strength will be weak,
On the other hand, if it exceeds 0.9 g / cm 3 , the wooden texture is unfavorably deteriorated.

In order to obtain a woody feeling closer to that of natural wood, wood powder may be mixed with the resin for the grain pattern layer. In the woody fence of the present invention, since the transparent resin layer is formed on the wood grain pattern layer, the weather resistance does not deteriorate due to the absorption of moisture by the wood flour.

[0012] Seed pellets with a wood grain pattern are mixed with several kinds of pellets of a darker or lighter color than the resin for the base material to form a seed material, and this is mixed with the resin for the base material by about 1 to 10%. A resin for the wood pattern layer is prepared. It is preferable that the mixing amount of the seed material is determined by actually performing molding and checking the pattern. It is desirable that the degree of polymerization of the seed resin is higher than the degree of polymerization of the base material resin. This is because, when the degree of polymerization of the resin of the seed material forming the grain pattern is smaller than the degree of polymerization of the resin for the base material, when kneading to form the wood pattern, the color of the base material is assimilated to a single color. May not be able to add a grain pattern.

Examples of the resin as the transparent resin layer include transparent resins such as a polyvinyl chloride resin and an acrylic resin, and those having good adhesion to the grain pattern layer are preferable. The transparent resin layer is formed by co-extrusion or coating on the wood pattern layer. Depending on the type of resin of the grain pattern layer, an ultraviolet absorber such as benzoate ester, benzophenone type, benzotriazole type or acrylonitrile type may be used in an amount of 0.1 to 1.0 wt. It is more preferable to mix in the range of parts.

When the transparent resin layer is formed by coating, it can be formed by roll coating, dip coating, or the like. Examples of the material include transparent resins of acrylic, urethane, fluorine, and silicone resins. However, as in the case of the co-extrusion molding, it is preferable to use one having good adhesion to the grain pattern layer. In addition, depending on the resin of the grain pattern layer, it is preferable to add the same UV absorber as in the case of co-extrusion at the same mixing ratio in order to improve the weather resistance of the transparent resin layer.

The glossiness of the transparent resin layer is important for bringing the woody fence closer to the natural woody one. By adjusting the surface glossiness within the range of 5 to 50%, preferably 10 to 40%. It is closer to the wood texture of natural wood. Outside this range, the texture of the surface of the natural wood cannot be obtained, giving a sense of incongruity. In addition, the measurement of the surface glossiness is performed by using a measuring device:
Using GMX-202 (Murakami Color Research Laboratory, product name)
The measurement was performed at a standard light irradiation angle of 60 degrees based on the specular gloss measurement method (JIS Z8748).

As a method of adjusting the specular gloss of the surface of the transparent resin layer, a matting material can be blended into the transparent resin material. Matting materials include silica, calcium carbonate, glass beads, organic polyethylene and the like,
The particle size and blending amount are arbitrarily set so as to obtain a target specular glossiness. In particular, the particle size is 0.001 to 25.
More preferably, it is in the range of 0 μm and the amount is in the range of 3 to 20 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the transparent resin.

Although the strength of the side wall of the member constituting the woody fence depends on the type of the constituent resin, the Izod impact value and the flexural modulus have a strength equivalent to that of a hard resin. For example, when formed of a vinyl chloride resin, the Izod impact value was 3.6 kgf · cm / cm 2 and the flexural modulus was 200 kgf / mm 2 or more, and the strength of the base material layer was maintained. In addition,
The measurement of the Izod impact value is based on the Izod impact test method JIS K7110 for hard plastics. The flexural modulus is measured according to the plastic bending property test method JIS K7171.

To manufacture the woody fence of the present invention,
First, a base material layer is formed using a usual extruder, and the grain pattern layer is formed by co-extrusion with the base material layer. The transparent resin layer is formed by coextrusion with the base material layer and the grain pattern layer, or by coating. At this time, the kneading degree of the resin for the base layer is increased by using a twin-screw extruder, depending on the resin used, so that the resin has strength. The resin pellets for the woodgrain pattern layer to be co-extruded are mixed together with a single-screw extruder, because if the degree of kneading is increased, the pellets of the ground material and the pellets of the seed material are mixed too well to be monochromatic. It is preferable to make the degree of polymerization of the resin of the material larger than the degree of polymerization of the resin of the base material so as to make it difficult to mix.

The resin for the base material of the grain pattern layer includes a polymerization degree
Base material pellets prepared by adding 80 parts by weight of 800 polyvinyl chloride resin, 10 parts by weight of an auxiliary resin component (acrylic resin), 0.4 parts by weight of a foaming agent, and further adding a stabilizer, a lubricant, a pigment, and the like. As seed materials for imparting a wood grain pattern to the wood grain pattern layer, two kinds of seed material pellets having a higher degree of polymerization than that of the base material resin and having a darker color than the ground material were prepared. The resin as the wood grain pattern layer is obtained by adding about 3% by weight of this seed material pellet to the previously prepared ground material pellet and kneading with heating. At this time, the density of the grain pattern layer was 0.75 g / cm 3 . The resin for the transparent resin layer was a pellet composed of 93 parts by weight of a transparent acrylic resin, 0.8 parts by weight of wax, 6 parts by weight of silica, and 0.2 parts by weight of an ultraviolet absorber.
