なかった。 （ホ）使用者は、可能な限り任意の長さでトイレットペ
ーパーを切ることができ、極端に長いトイレットペーパ
ーの引き出しが可能なため、引き出し悪戯ができた。 （ヘ）引き出し止め機能がないため、長く引き出された
ままのトイレットペーパーは自重でさらに引き出され無
駄になることがあった。 （ト）不自然に引き出されたペーパー部分には、不衛生
感が伴い、使用せず捨ててしまう場合があった。 （チ）トイレットペーパー使用量抑制告知をしようとす
る際、引き出す長さの具体長を指し示す機能や、ものさ
し機能がなかったため、不特定多数の使用者に対して、
一定の使用量基準等への抑制告知ができなかった。 本発明は、これらの欠点を除くためになされたものであ
