The disk cartridge according to claim 1, wherein said disk cartridge comprises a storage section for a disk-shaped medium. 8. The front side of a straight line passing through the center of the disk-shaped medium placed in the disk storage portion, wherein the lid is parallel to an outer wall forming one side wall of the cartridge by closing the disk-shaped medium outlet. 8. The disk cartridge according to claim 5, wherein the disk cartridge has both side walls on which disk holding portions are provided facing each other along the lower surface of the disk-shaped medium. 9. The disk cartridge according to claim 5, wherein the lid is connected to a disk holding portion along a side wall of the lid by a rib for receiving the disk mounting portion.
