Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost and enhance effect having bamboo charcoal to the maximum by mixing bamboo charcoal in a binder as an aggregate to produce mortar to be solidified so as to form a bamboo charcoal-contained material or mixing the bamboo charcoal formed in the form of a block with the aggregate to produce mortar to slice the solidified material in the form of a flat plate so as to form a bamboo charcoal-contained panel. SOLUTION: Round rod-like bamboo charcoal is produced by burning, and the produced bamboo charcoal is crushed to make a pebble-like bamboo charcoal block. Next, the blocked bamboo charcoal block is put in a concrete mixer 2 as an aggregate, and at the same time, cement mortar 5, sand and water are put in to be kneaded so as to produce cement mortar 5. After cement mortar 5 if flowed in a form, it is cured to be solidified for a constant period of time. The bamboo charcoal-contained member 6 is taken out from the form, sliced in the form of a flat plate, and made a prescribed size. Thereby the material and member for building paying attention to the effect of the bamboo charcoal can be obtained.

[0003] Furthermore, since the body is warmed well, it is difficult to cool down the hot water and the bathtub is hardly soiled, the work of cleaning the bathtub can be omitted. Also, if bamboo charcoal is added to tap water, chlorine and chlorine odors of tap water are removed, and mellow mineral water can be easily and inexpensively made. It is said that if bamboo charcoal is put in a rice bottle, insects will not stick and it will be easier to eat.

It is also effective for growing chrysanthemums and orchids. If one or two pieces of bamboo charcoal are put in a vase, the water does not decay, does not have an unpleasant smell, and the flowers easily absorb water. Flowers come alive. If the bamboo charcoal is put in a car or a refrigerator, it has a dehumidifying effect and a deodorizing effect, and also prevents the occurrence of mold in the car or the refrigerator.

[0005] If a block of bamboo charcoal is placed in an aquarium or fishbowl, the water will be clear and the fish in the aquarium or fishbowl will not be harmful to insects. Put the bamboo charcoal in the pillow,
Bamboo charcoal has a pulsating effect that promotes a good night's sleep and has the effect of suppressing insomnia and stiff shoulders. As described above, bamboo charcoal has a porous and powerful deodorizing and moisture absorbing effect, and is extremely effective in dehumidifying, exhausting, regulating and deodorizing room closets and clogs.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, in the present invention, first, a bamboo member is collected, and branches and leaves are removed from the trunk of the bamboo member to obtain a round bar shape. Next, the round bar-shaped trunk is cut into a predetermined length (for example, 50 cm to 60 cm), and the plurality of cut trunks are housed in a combustion chamber and burned for a predetermined time.

[0015] Further, if the bamboo vinegar solution is applied to the surface or sprayed, the generation of mold can be suppressed.
After that, it is burned again in the combustion chamber at, for example, 200 ° C. to 300 ° C. for about 2 hours.
By this combustion, a round bar-shaped bamboo charcoal 1 is completed.

Next, the completed round bar-shaped bamboo charcoal 1 is crushed to form a pebble-shaped bamboo charcoal block 3. However, the manufacturing method and the manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing the pebble-shaped bamboo charcoal block 3 by crushing the round bar-shaped bamboo charcoal 1 are not limited in the present invention. Next, reference numeral 2 denotes a concrete mixer.
The pebble-blocked bamboo charcoal block 3 is put into the concrete mixer 2 as an aggregate, and simultaneously cement, sand and water are added and kneaded for a predetermined time to produce a cement mortar 5.

Here, the type of cement mixed in the present invention is not limited at all, and any type of concrete such as Portland cement may be used. Further, a binder other than cement may be used. Next, the cement mortar 5 kneaded for a predetermined time is poured into the mold 4. Here, the size, shape, and the like of the mold 4 are not limited in the present invention. However, as can be understood from FIG. 2, a mold that can form a substantially rectangular concrete block like a normal mold 4 is used. Just use it.

After pouring the cement mortar 5 into the mold 4, it is cured for a certain period of time and solidified. Next, after solidification, the concrete member 6 containing bamboo charcoal is removed from the formwork 4 and has a substantially square shape. However, in the present invention, since the bamboo charcoal block 3 is used as the aggregate, the concrete member 6 as a whole is very lightweight and is a basic material that is easy to handle.

Then, the bamboo charcoal-containing concrete member 6 after the demolding is cut into a predetermined size. For example, the slice is cut into a flat plate, and the slice is cut into a predetermined size. This can be done very easily using a stone cutting machine. This is because in the concrete member according to the present invention, bamboo charcoal is mixed as an aggregate, and the inside is relatively soft.

Further, the cutting may be performed according to the use of the bamboo charcoal-containing concrete member 6 according to the present invention. For example, when the bamboo charcoal is used as a dehumidifying material, a deodorizing material, or other architectural member having an effective effect of bamboo charcoal. May be sliced into a flat plate and cut into a size that can be inserted between the building exterior material and the interior material. 4 to 6 show another embodiment of the bamboo charcoal-containing member.
