Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing member to close a gap between a sliding door and a lower frame material during closing of a sliding door and closing a groove part during release, to be run over a sash roller arranged below the sliding door. SOLUTION: A sash comprises a lower frame material 7; and a sliding door D moved longitudinally of the lower frame material 7. The lower frame material 7 is provided with a groove part 17 and a vertically moving closing member is arranged at the groove part 17. A sliding door D is provided with a sash roller 3 and a guide 1 for a closing member. The sash roller 3 has a running part positioned astride the groove part 17 and making contact with the lower frame material 7. A recessed part 4 through which the closing member passes is formed between the running parts. The closing member closes the groove part 17 during release of the sliding door D and guided upward by the guide 1 during closing of the sliding door D. The door roller 3 is provided with a recessed part 4 through which the closing member to close the gap through vertical movement from the groove part 17 passes and which is formed in a spot between the running parts making contact with the lower frame material 7 astride the groove part 17 of the lower frame material 7.

No. 7,752, as described in JP-A-8-114072, comprising a closing member that moves up and down in the groove of the lower frame member, the closing member closes a gap between the sliding door and the lower frame member when the sliding door is closed, There has been proposed a sash in which a closing member is in the groove when the sliding door is opened, and the groove is closed. However, since this sliding door is of a hanging type, there is a problem in hanging and hanging. In addition, when a door roller is mounted on the lower side of the sliding door to make it a lower door roller traveling type, it is difficult to mount the door roller because the closing member that moves up and down from the groove interferes.

Since the sash and the sash door wheel of the present invention are as described above, the following effects can be obtained.

In the sash according to the first aspect, when the sliding door is closed, the closing member is guided upward by the guide to close the gap between the sliding door and the lower frame member. In addition, when the sliding door is opened, the closing member closes the groove of the lower frame member, so that dust can be prevented from entering the groove.

When the closing member moves up and down, it passes through the recess between the running portions, so that the movement is not hindered. As a result, a sliding door-type sash that allows the sliding door to be inserted into the opening of the building and that can be easily removed compared to the hanging-type sash is enabled. Further, since the door roller is located above the groove provided with the closing member, the expected width of the sliding door is not so large as compared with the conventional sliding door.

In the sash according to the second aspect, the upper surface of the lower frame material is flat, and when the closing member closes the groove, the upper surface is substantially flush with the upper surface of the lower frame material. Can pass without stumbling.

Since the sash door wheel according to the third aspect is provided with a concave portion through which the vertically moving closing member can pass, it can be easily used even in a sash provided with a lower frame member provided with the vertically moving closing member. In addition, since it is possible to run above the closing member, it is not necessary to increase the expected width of the sliding door as compared with the conventional case.
