いは、皿部材を設けることにより、内袋の容器への装着
を容易にし、或いは、ポンプによる吸入時のシートの吸
い込み防止を図り、且つ、内容液の攪拌を容易に行うこ
とを可能とする従来無かったタイプの内袋を提供しよう
とするもので、且つ、この内袋を交換することにより洗
浄をも省略して容器の繰り返し利用を可能にし、更に
は、資源の節約を図り、且つ、物流コストの低減による
経済性を高めることを目的とするものである。

ポンプアップ時、汲み上げポンプに連なる吸入口をドラ
ム2内に装着された内袋1Aの底部に下ろして内容液を
吸い上げる際、底部に硬質面板3が設けてある為、内袋
1Aの底部シートを吸入口に吸い込む心配は全く無く内
容液の排出を容易に行う事を可能としている。又、この
発明による底部硬質面板3付き内袋1Aが上記の如き構
造となつている為、製作時、別途設けられた、ドラム底
部2bに見合った形状の硬質面板3の周囲端部に、筒状
の内袋胴部シート1aの切り放された下部端部を嵌挿し
てセットし、その端部を内側に折り返すようにして硬質
面板3の面部に熱融着等により直接接合することを特徴
としており、従って、一工程での熱融着が可能なため、
完成された内袋の底部に二重に硬質面板3を接合する場
合と比較し、大変大きなコスト的メリツトとなる。尚、
上部開放型の内袋1Aは上部端部を折り返してドラム2
の上部縁部にセツトし、その上から蓋用のシート5を被
せ、パッキングを介して蓋4をカップリング6又はボル
ト等により固定する構造となっている。更に、通常、蓋
4に液注出入口4aが設けられている為蓋用のシート5
にも液注出入口5aが設けられている。又、図示してい
ないが内袋を、蓋シートと本体シートとを接合して上部
にマンホール又は注出入口を設けた一体成型の形状とす
ることも出来る。或いは、底部硬質面板部材3の代わり
に内袋胴部1aと同質の軟質素材を肉厚に設けて同じ目
的を達する事も出来る。
