Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively fly up a precoating chemical in a precoating chemical storage container with a relatively simple device and also to allow the flied-up precoating chemical to be surely stuck on a filter. SOLUTION: A flexible tube 8T for jetting compressed air is provided in the inside of the precoating chemical storage container 8 for storing the precoating chemical DS. An outflow port 13a of a straightening room 10T for straightening dust-containing air sucked from a sucking port 9a is opened over the whole width of the precoating chemical storage container 8 by throttling it a little in a slit shape, and the inside bottom surface 8a of the container 8 is curved toward the lower part approximately in a circular arc shape in the cross-section.

To prevent clogging of the filter, and collect (absorb) harmful gas components together, it has been conventionally performed.
As an apparatus for attaching the precoat agent to the filter, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-2603, by injecting high-pressure air from a high-pressure air injection nozzle to a container containing the precoat agent, There is an apparatus configured so that a pre-coating agent is caused to fly into a dust collecting chamber and adhere to a filter.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional apparatus, the high-pressure air injection nozzle is fixed and always injects high-pressure air only in a fixed direction. However, the part where the injection nozzle is facing gradually, that is, the part where the high-pressure air is directly injected and only the precoat agent in the vicinity disappears, and the part of the precoat agent where the injection nozzle is not facing is gradually reduced. It may not be able to evenly blow up all the pre-coating agents contained in the container, or the amount of the pre-coating agents soared by the compressed air may be insufficient, and sufficient pre-coating agent may be applied to the filter. There was a problem that it could not be adhered.

Accordingly, the applicant of the present invention has disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-45616.
As seen in the publication, by attaching a flexible tube to the injection port of the pipe that injects compressed air, and by randomly operating the flexible tube in four directions in the pre-coating agent storage container with the force of the compressed air being injected, We have developed a filter pre-coating device that is configured to spray compressed air evenly on all sides of the pre-coating agent storage container so that the pre-coating agent in the container can be reliably and evenly blown up.

However, the above-mentioned conventional pre-coating apparatus is capable of soaking up the pre-coating agent in the container, but applying the so-called pre-coating agent to the airflow of dust-containing air to effect the filter. Therefore, there is a problem that the precoating agent cannot be attached securely and drops, and some of the precoating agent falls without being attached and returns to the inside of the container.

(1) A rectifying chamber made of a punch plate is provided inside a suction port for sucking dust-containing air into the dust collecting chamber by rotation of the fan, and an outlet of the dust-containing air provided in the rectifying chamber is provided with a precoating agent. The pre-coating agent container has an opening facing the storage container, and is formed so as to have a substantially arc-shaped cross section downward with the inner bottom surface of the pre-coating agent storage container along the outflow direction of the dust-containing air. According to the means of the first aspect described in the above (1), the pre-coating agent stored in the pre-coating agent storage container can be sowed into the dust collecting chamber by the injection of the compressed air. Since the inner bottom surface of the pre-coating agent storage container is formed in a curved shape in a substantially arc shape, the pre-coating agent can be extremely effectively placed on the air flow of dust-containing air flowing into the container from the outlet of the rectifying chamber, and In this way, it is possible to completely fly the pre-coating agent without leaving the pre-coating agent, and to attach the fluttered-up pre-coating agent to the filter without fail.

According to the means of claim 2 described in the above (2), with the dust-containing air directed toward the inner bottom of the precoat agent storage container, the dust-containing air may be slightly slit-like over the width of the container. In order to forcefully flow out from the squeezed outlet, the compressed air is injected and this dust-containing air is flown into the dust collection chamber, leaving all the precoat agent from the precoat agent storage container,
This enables efficient attachment to the filter.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the compressed air is ejected from the flexible tube through the supply pipe, the flexible tube irregularly ramps up in the container with the force of the compressed air being ejected. As a result, the compressed air is sprayed in all directions in the container, so that all the pre-coating agents in the container can fly up evenly and adhere to the filter reliably, and the large pre-coating agent can be stored. Even in the case of a container, the precoat agent can be reliably sowed by a relatively slow flow velocity, so that pressure loss due to dust-containing air can be minimized, and the injection air has a minimum air amount. It allows you to do it with pressure.

As described above, according to the dust collecting filter pre-coating device of the present invention, all the pre-coating agents contained in the pre-coating agent storage container are efficiently fluttered,
In addition, the so-called pre-coating agent can be effectively adhered to the filter by placing it on the dust-containing airflow, and the pre-coat layer can be adhered to the surface of the filter in a relatively short time. In addition to the advantages, the dust-containing air is used for raising the pre-coating agent, and the inner bottom surface of the pre-coating agent storage container is formed into a curved shape suitable for raising. And the pressure loss of dust-containing air can be minimized, and it is suitable for use in a pulse jet type dust collector as shown in the figure. It is.
