水道水等の原水中に含まれている残留塩素や各種有機
物、また鉄錆や濁質成分等微粒子は同一の濾過器本体内
にコンパクトに配設してある三段階のフィルター構成に
よってきわめて効率良く分解乃至除去される。従って、
目的別に複数本のカートリッジを用意する必要がなくな
り、設置スペースが従来より格段に少なくて済むことと
なって、清涼飲料自動販売機内等に用いて多大な効果を
奏するものである。また、プリーツ型濾過体の他に二種
の濾過材が同一のカートリッジ内に配設されることによ
って、原水中の濁質成分や鉄錆等の荒取りを当該二種の
濾過材によって行うことが可能となり、プリーツ型濾過
体の目詰まりを緩和させることができると共に、プリー
ツ型濾過体に掛かる負荷を和らげることもできる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 原水の入口部と濾過水の出口部を具えた
キャップと、このキャップの下面に交換可能に取付ける
濾過器本体とからなるカートリッジ式の濾過器におい
て、濾過器本体は、上面を開口とした外筒体と、この外
筒体のほぼ中心部に位置させる周壁に多数の通水孔を形
成した円筒状の集水用コアと、この集水用コアの外周部
に付設する濾過シートをひだ状に折り畳んで筒状となし
たプリーツ型濾過体と、このプリーツ型濾過体の外周部
に付設する筒状の濾過材と、前記集水用コアの首部周囲
に環状をなすように付設する濾過材とを有してなり、前
記プリーツ型濾過体と二種の濾過材とによって三層式の
フィルター構造となしたことを特徴とするカートリッジ
式濾過器。
