Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of malfunction by a method wherein a supporting bracket is connected to a turn table driving means through incomplete threads so as to permit vertical free play upon the delivery of a product so that the shock and vibration of the turn table driving means are not transmitted to the supporting bracket and the initial characteristics of a weight detecting means are not changed. SOLUTION: When shock and vibration are impressed and straining stress is generated in a turn table driving means 40 upon the delivery of a product under a condition that a supporting bracket 52 is assembled so as to permit free play, the straining stress will not be transmitted to the supporting bracket 52 and is absorbed by incomplete threads 57. Accordingly, the supporting bracket 52 is protected from the shock and vibration whereby an initial characteristic (value of electrostatic capacity) with respect to a predetermined distance L2, set between the fixed electrode plate 54 and a movable electrode plate 56, which are clamped to the supporting bracket 52, will not be fluctuated and the generation of malfunction of a weight detecting means can be prevented.

However, according to the conventional weight sensor fixing device for a microwave oven configured as described above, the fixed electrode plate and the movable electrode plate fastened to the upper surface of the support bracket of the weight sensing means. Has a structure in which the front and rear ends of the support bracket are fastened to the outside of the bottom surface of the turntable driving means using a plurality of screws so as to maintain the predetermined distances L3 and L1 from the turntable driving means, respectively. Since the support bracket is fastened to the turntable drive means for mass production of the product, it is firmly assembled with a plurality of screws so that it does not move, so the turntable drive during product shipment (product distribution process) The shock and vibration generated by the means are directly transmitted to the support bracket, so that the fixed electrode plate 54 and the movable electrode plate 56 As a result, a predetermined stress L2 is generated between the fixed electrode plate 54 and the movable electrode plate 56, or a predetermined distance L2 is set between the movable electrode plate 56 and the bottom surface of the turntable driving means 40. When the initial characteristics (capacitance value) for the distance L1 change arbitrarily, there is a problem that the malfunction of the weight sensing means 50 is induced.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, a microwave oven weight sensor fixing device according to the present invention comprises a fixed electrode coupled to a top surface of a support bracket at a predetermined distance from each other. Weight sensing means comprising a plate and a movable electrode plate, and when the weight of the object placed on the turntable is transmitted to the movable electrode plate via a shaft, the distance between the movable electrode plate and the fixed electrode plate varies. Thus, in a weight sensor fixing device of a microwave oven, wherein a support bracket is coupled to the outside of the bottom surface of the turntable driving means so as to detect a weight of an object by causing a change in capacitance, the support bracket is a product In order to prevent the impact and vibration of the turntable driving means from being transmitted at the time of shipment, the turntable driving means is allowed to freely move in the vertical direction so that a plurality of Characterized in that it is coupled by a screw.

When the assembly of the fixed electrode plate 54 and the movable electrode plate 56 on the support bracket 52 is completed, the convex surface 52a of the support bracket 52 is formed at four locations on the bottom surface of the turntable driving means 40 so as to protrude outward. After the four through holes 52b formed in the front and rear ends of the convex surface 52a are aligned with the screw holes 42 formed in the forming part 41, a plurality of holes are formed in the lower portion of the support bracket 52. The assembly of the support bracket 52 and the turntable driving means 40 is completed using the incomplete screw 57.

That is, when the spiral surface 57a of the plurality of incomplete screws 57 is inserted through the through hole 52b of the support bracket 52 and tightened in one direction, the spiral surface 57a passes through the through hole 52b with sufficient space to drive the turntable. Screw hole 4 drilled in forming part 41 of means 40
2, the washer function portion 57c formed in the middle of the imperfect screw 57 is also tightly attached to the outer surface of the forming portion 41 while passing through the through hole 52b with a margin.

At this time, since the thickness of the washer functional portion 57c is larger than the thickness of the through hole 52b, even if the support bracket 52 is assembled on the bottom surface of the turntable driving means 40 by the imperfect screw 57, the movable electrode plate is formed. In addition to forming the predetermined distance L4 without the upper surface of the 56 being in contact with the forming portion 41, the upper surface 56 can float even when the support bracket 52 is fastened.

As described above, when impact and vibration are applied to the turntable driving means 40 at the time of shipment of a product in a state where the support bracket 52 is movably assembled and strain stress is generated, the strain stress is transmitted to the support bracket 52. Instead, it is absorbed by the incomplete screw 57.

Therefore, since the support bracket 52 is protected from shock and vibration, the initial characteristic (static) for a predetermined distance L2 set between the fixed electrode plate 54 and the movable electrode plate 56 fastened to the support bracket 52 is obtained. (Capacitance value) is not changed, and the malfunction of the weight sensing means 50 can be prevented.

As described above, an example of a weight sensor fixing device of a microwave oven using incomplete screws 57 at four locations so that the support bracket 52 is coupled to the outside of the bottom surface of the turntable driving means 40 will be described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 in the second embodiment, two portions of the support bracket 52 in the diagonal direction are connected by the incomplete screw 57, At two locations in the diagonal direction of the dust, a cushion member 60 is interposed between the support bracket 52 and the turntable driving means 40 to prevent the floating noise caused by the floating movement of the support bracket 52 and to reduce the noise of the support bracket 52. It is configured to be kept parallel.

As described above, according to the weight sensor fixing device of the microwave oven according to the present invention, a plurality of incomplete screws are used when fastening the support bracket of the weight sensing means to the outside of the bottom surface of the turntable driving means. In this way, the support bracket can be assembled so as to be freely movable, so that the shock and vibration of the turntable driving means can be prevented from being transmitted to the support bracket when the product is shipped, and the fixed electrode plate and the movable electrode plate can be fixed. In addition to preventing the occurrence of deformation due to strain stress or the like so that the initial characteristics do not change, there is an excellent effect that the malfunction of the weight sensing means can be prevented.
