Abstract

A method for manufacturing a bag-like package, comprising a step of sealing an opening or a side edge of a bag-like package made of a plastic film accommodating a plurality of substantially rectangular parallelepiped recording media. Alternatively, the end of the side forming the side edge portion is sealed and blown off by heat fusing, and at a position spaced from the end by a suitable width substantially parallel to the end by thermal bonding or ultrasonic bonding. And a method for producing a bag-shaped package, wherein the package is sealed.
