Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate finished height adjustment of steel frame stairs, to achieve efficiency of construction work, to eliminate need of openings in the steel frame stairs for height adjustment work, to eliminate need of closing the openings, and to facilitate surface finishing construction. SOLUTION: A nut 11 having a bolt 12 is fixed to a support plate 10 to form a height adjusting jig 15. The support plate 10 of the height adjusting jig 15 is fixed to outer surfaces 5a, 6a (on the other side of step plate connection surfaces) of open strings 5, 6 of steel frame stairs 17 (17a, b). The steel frame stairs 17 are installed on a bearing beam on a body. The height adjusting jig 15 is disposed (b) in a gap 23 between the steel frame stairs 17. The bolt 12 is rotated, and a tip 14 is pressed to an upper surface 21 of the bearing beam 19 to elevate the steel frame stairs 17 to be held at a specified height position. The bearing beam 19 is welded with open strings 5, 6 to be fixed through an additive plate 26, so installation of the steel frame stairs 17 is completed. The gap 23 is closed with a closing plate 27.

As described above, the steel frame stairs 17, 17 having the height adjusting jigs 15, 15 fixed to the upper and lower beam mounting positions of the slab beams 5, 6 are erected on the steel frame receiving beam 19 of the frame. At this time, the lower landing 2 of the upper steel frame stair 17a is provided on one side 20 of one receiving beam 19,
The upper landing 3 on the lower side of the steel stairs 17b is erected, and the upper landing 3 and the lower landing 2 constitute a landing 4 (FIG. 1 (a)). Also, a predetermined gap (usually about 150 mm) 23 is provided between the upper landing 3 and the lower landing 2 between the girders 5 and 6 so as to attach a handrail to the girdering girder. The adjustment jigs 15 are arranged. At this time, the height adjusting jigs 15, 15
Although it depends on the size of the bolt 12, if the bolt is about M20, the outer surfaces 5a, 6a of the girders 5, 6 are 50 to 6 from the outer surface.
Since it fits in about 0 mm, it fits in the gap 23 sufficiently.
(FIG. 1 (b)).

Similarly, on the other side of the girders 5 and 6, the gaps (typically about 100 mm) 24 and 24 between the columns 22 and 22a and the girders 5 and 6 are formed in order to normally construct the wall of the staircase. The height adjusting jigs 15 and 15 are sufficiently accommodated in the gaps 24, respectively (FIG. 1A).

In this case, if the thickness of the slabs 5 and 6 is substantially the same, they can be used in common. Therefore, if a plurality of height adjusting jigs 36 having different support portions 32 are prepared (not shown). Since the steel stairs 38 need not be processed, the steel stairs 38 can be used for most steel stairs. Further, since the height adjusting jig 36 is collected, waste of resources can be omitted.

According to the present invention, the height is adjusted by providing a height adjusting jig provided on the outer surface of the slab girder, so that the height adjusting work can be facilitated, and the jig can be mounted on the landing of the steel stairs or the tread. Since the opening for operation is not required, and the closing work of the opening can be omitted, there is an effect of increasing the efficiency of the construction work of the steel frame stairs. In addition, since there is no need for an opening for operating the jig, there is no obstruction mark on the opening from below the steel stairs, which enhances the aesthetic appearance and a finishing material such as a P tile or a vinyl chloride sheet is directly attached to the steel stairs. However, since no steps or joints appear, there is an effect of expanding the range of choice of the finishing material.

In the case of a height adjusting jig in which a bolt is received by a nut, the jig can be made compact, and it can be used in a stairwell or in a space where the space between the outside girders and the wall of the staircase is narrow. Can also be used, which has the effect of further reducing material costs.

When the height adjusting jig is detachable, welding is unnecessary, so that the work of attaching the height adjusting jig to the steel frame stairs is simplified, and the height adjusting jig is reused. It is possible to reduce waste of resources.
