回した低圧巻線と高圧巻線との間に高耐電圧性で、か
つ、伸縮性を有する薄い無端ゴム状体を嵌着したもので

例を示す。同図(a)において、1は上下の鍔2aと2
bおよび巻軸部3とを一体に形成したドラム形コアまた
はドラム形ボビン、4は前記巻軸部3に巻回した低圧巻
線、5は高耐電圧性で、かつ、伸縮性を有する薄い無端
ゴム状体であり、該無端ゴム状体5はその伸縮性を利用
して低圧巻線4の外周に嵌着されている。6は前記無端
ゴム状体5を介して低圧巻線4の外周に同心状に巻回さ
れた高圧巻線である。ここで、絶縁ゴム状体5の幅W2
はドラム形コアまたはドラム形ボビン1の巻幅W1 と同
じかこれよりやや大きくしてある。無端ゴム状体5の例
としてはシリコーンゴムが挙げられる。発明者がドラム
形コアに巻線した低圧巻線と高圧巻線間との電位差が2
000Vである面実装型のDC/DCコンバータトラン
スの低圧巻線の外周に東レ株式会社製のシリコーンゴム
(品番:SE1646U)で成形した無端バンド( 肉
厚0.15mm)を嵌着して実験したところ、何ら異常
は見られず、充分に実用に耐えることが分かった。な

単な構成で前記低圧巻線と高圧巻線との間の絶縁を確実
