ーを利用した環境重視の発電が、重要な地位を占めてき

の建設が可能になり、遠隔地への高圧送電の敷設も必要
なく、自然の気象に左右されること無く、一定の回転力
を得ることが出き、総合的なコストの削減を計ることが

過させる為に遮断壁を気体にすることにより、液体の遮
断と物体の通過とする問題点を解決することができた。
通路内の気体が逃げないように通過部を変形させ、各液
体の圧力により、気体を通路に閉じ込めることができ
る。同じ物体を液体〜通路〜液体〜通路〜液体へと通し
て、順次取付けていき、全ての物体をつないで輪状にし
て連続性を持たせると、A液体中は浮力により物体が上
昇し、B液体中を沈降力により下降し、輪状に取付けさ

スの作用と抵抗が働き、物体の数と抵抗分を上昇,下降
部のエネルギーと相殺するので、このことを考慮に入れ
