2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a transfer sheet used for this kind of fabric is prepared by making a color copy on a transfer sheet obtained by laminating various hot-melt adhesives on release paper, stacking this on various fabrics and the like, and then applying heat from above. At present, a technical process of transferring and printing a copy image by applying pressure is performed.

[0004] However, copy transfer paper using polyurethane has various drawbacks due to the problem of copy suitability, and its solution has been awaited. That is, the disadvantages are: The friction coefficient of the surface is small, and the paper feed roller of the copier slides, and the paper is not conveyed. 2. Due to the viscosity of the polytarene, it may be stopped by being hooked on a guide plate used in the transport path of the copying machine. 3. Polyurethane has a high tackiness, and a resin component may adhere to a drum or the like inside a copying machine to cause copy failure. 4. In the fixing section of the copying machine, heat is applied by a heat roller, and the melted polyurethane dissolves in the release agent silicone oil, thereby deteriorating the function of the fixing section. 5. The sheet heated in the fixing section and having the adhesive property easily winds around the fixing roller, and paper jams may occur frequently.

Conventionally, in this type of transfer sheet, a hot melt adhesive in which components such as nylon and calcium carbonate are mixed with polytarene is found, but in this method, the performance of the polyurethane itself is reduced,
There is a problem that the strength of washing, which is an advantage, and the good texture of the finish are reduced. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is intended to eliminate only the above-mentioned disadvantages without impairing the advantages of polyurethane, and furthermore, a fabric copy which can simultaneously solve several disadvantages by a single means without significantly increasing costs. A transfer sheet is provided.

In order to achieve the above object, in the copy transfer sheet of the present invention, a hot melt adhesive containing polyurethane as a main component is provided on the surface of a sheet-like substrate via a release agent layer. The sheets are laminated, and a medium ink or an OP (overprint) varnish is applied and laminated on the upper part thereof using an offset printing machine. The printing of medium ink or OP varnish can be either solid front printing or front halftone printing. The medium ink or the OP varnish for offset printing has a rosin-modified phenol resin as a main component. The offset printing machine has a feature that the amount of applied ink can be extremely small compared to other printing methods such as a gravure printing machine, a flexographic printing machine, and a screen printing machine. This feature allows only the surface to be altered while retaining the underlying polyurethane properties. That is, there is a characteristic that the coefficient of friction of the transfer paper surface is increased, and the elution of the polyurethane melted by heat is blocked.

When the image such as a color copy is transferred and printed on a cloth product such as a T-shirt, the pattern formed by the toner image such as a color copy is transferred to the cloth copy transfer sheet having the above structure. After taking a character pattern, the transfer sheet was placed on the surface of a T-shutter and pressed at 160 ° C. for 15 seconds using a hot press machine. Thereafter, a washing test was performed, and a result was obtained in which no inconvenience such as deterioration and peeling of the image occurred.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawing, a transfer sheet (1) is provided with a release agent layer (3) on the surface of a sheet-like substrate (2) made of various papers. To adhere. On the surface of the release agent layer (3), a hot melt adhesive (4) containing polyurethane as a main component is laminated. The hot melt adhesive (4) is obtained by coating and laminating a medium ink or an OP (overprint) varnish (5) on the surface. In addition, medium ink and OP
Although the varnish (5) does not have the properties of a hot melt, the amount of the varnish is extremely small, so that in actual transfer, the lower polyurethane layer adheres to the fiber in a form enclosing the toner and ink components of the copy. However, poor ink adhesion is not a practical problem.

Two hundred types of transfer papers were prepared, and a test was performed using a Ricoh color copier Pretail 550. However, no trouble occurred on the copy, and no turbidity of the fixing portion silicone oil could be confirmed. Paper was fed 100 sheets each from the inside of the cassette and from the manual feed tray, but a result in which no paper feeding error occurred was obtained.

As described above, according to the present invention, the drawback is that the sheet is not conveyed due to the fact that the friction coefficient of the surface is small and the paper feed roller of the copier slides like the conventional copy transfer sheet.
Solving the drawbacks of the polyurethane sticking to the guide plate and stopping during transport due to the viscosity of the polyurethane, the friction coefficient of the surface is increased, and the paper feeding roller of the copier is not slipped, and the transfer sheet is fed without fail. This eliminates the viscosity, and has the effect of eliminating paper jams in the U-turn portion inside the copier. Furthermore, the present invention covers the surface of the sticky polyurethane, eliminating the transfer of the resin to the drum,
The ink on the surface has heat resistance, so that the resin is not melted out by the heat roller at the fixing portion, and there is an effect that contamination due to contamination of the silicone oil by impurities is eliminated. In addition, since the surface did not have thermal adhesiveness, winding of the sheet around the fixing portion heat roller was eliminated. Further, according to the present invention, the effect of eliminating the adhesion between the sheets caused by the change in the stickiness of the sheets due to the temperature difference due to the season, the offset printing is inexpensive in comparison with other printing methods, and the medium printing is also effective. Both normal ink and OP varnish can be used for ordinary offsetting, and there is also an effect that the production is simple and can be submitted at low cost.
