定間隔を置いて複数取付けた左右方向の搬送フック21
を、前記上下する押圧突起31に合わせて所定速度で移
動させて前記育苗容器1の移送手段を構成し、前記床土
供給装置26および前記押圧装置30の下方には前後に
配置した後側ローラー42と前側ローラー43とに掛け
回した無端状の支持ベルト40を設けた土供給装置とし
たものであるから、搬送用チエン17に設けた搬送フッ
ク21により搬送機構を構成し、床土供給装置26およ
び前記押圧装置30の下方には支持ベルト40を設けた
ので、構成が簡素であり、製造組立が容易になって、コ
ストを低くできる効果を奏する。本発明は、前記支持ベ
ルト40の下面には平板状のベルト支持板50を設けた
土供給装置としたものであるから、支持ベルト40は確
実に育苗容器1を支持でき、供給される土のこぼれ防止
のみならず、押圧装置30による押圧にも対応できると
いう効果を奏する。本発明は、前記移送台12の始端部
には、左右の搬送用チエン17の間に前後方向の左右一
対の支受レール15を設け、支受レール15の上方には
上下に育苗容器1を重ねて収容しうる収容空間を形成す
る前後左右一対の起立杆14を起立させた育苗容器自動
供給装置13を設け、起立杆14と支受レール15は最
下段の育苗容器1のみを通過させ下から2段目の育苗容
器1は通過させないように構成した土供給装置としたも
のであるから、育苗容器自動供給装置13により育苗容
器1を自動供給できるので、操作性、作業性を向上させ
ることができ、また、支受レール15により供給した育
苗容器1を支持するので、支持構成と搬送機構とを分け
ることにより、製造組立を容易にして、コストを低くで
きる効果を奏する。本発明は、前記搬送フック21の移
動速度の方が支持ベルト40の移動速度より早くなるよ
うに構成すると共に、支持ベルト40は前進方向には駆
動回転の伝達を切る一方向クラッチ46を介して駆動回
転させうるように構成した土供給装置としたものである
から、押圧装置30と確実に同期させて搬送し、支持ベ
ルト40が搬送の障害となるのを防止できる効果を奏す
る。
