Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make quickly heating bathing water possible at a low cost and to make the device installable at any types of houses. SOLUTION: In a bathroom, installing a sanitizing cleaner unit 23, which stowed in a sanitizing cleaner pipe system 14 having a filtration tank 5, a circulation pump 6, ultraviolet disinfection device 15 and such sanitizing hard wears are tied in series and the unit 23 which is connected with a suck-in pipe 3 to suck bathing water 2 in a bathtub 1, and with a blow-out pipe 9 to blow sanitized and cleaned bathing water into the bathtub 1. Out side of the bathroom, installed is a bathing water reservoir unit 24 which stowed in a tank 16 reserving boiling water heated by midnight electric power, solar power, kerosene or such low cost energy. A water supply pipe 17 and a water delivery pipe 18 of the tank 16 reserving boiling water are connected to a pour-out pipe of the sanitizing cleaner pipe system through a pair of in and out, go and back connecting pipes 26 and 27 of a doubled connecting pipe 25, which is penetrating through a bathroom wall 22 to couple the sanitizing cleaner unit 23 and the bathing water reservoir unit 24. In compliance with the temperature of bathing water, a switching valve of pour-out pipe switches the water flow then the bathing water after sanitizing and cleaning is poured into a mixer 21 from a bypass pipe 20. The said bathing water is mixed with boiling water from the tank 16 and thus heated by the mixer 21 and then delivered to the bathtub.

After the cleaning process is performed in the cleaning pipe 14 in this manner, the hot water whose hot water is adjusted by mixing the hot water in the hot water storage tank 16 in accordance with the hot water temperature in the mixer 21 is supplied to the outlet pipe 18 and the reconnection. The water is jetted from the hot water pipe 9 to the bathtub 1 through the pipe 27.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and the bath water which has been cleaned by circulating through the cleaning pipe 14 in the cleaning unit 23 installed in the bathroom is installed outside the bathroom. The bathtub water previously stored as hot water in the hot water storage tank 16 of the hot water storage unit 24 is mixed and heated in an appropriate amount according to the hot water temperature, and the hot water temperature is accurately maintained at the set temperature.

When the hot water mixing type heating method is used as described above, the hot water can be rapidly heated to the set temperature, and at the same time, cheap midnight power, solar heat, kerosene, etc. can be used as a heating source for the hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 16. So heating costs are lower.

Since the cleaning unit 23 for storing the cleaning conduit 14 and the hot water storage unit 24 for storing the hot water storage tank 16 for storing hot water are separately formed, the cleaning unit 23 is provided in the bathroom. Can be installed separately outside the bathroom.

As a result, the cleaning unit 23 can be easily installed without taking up space in the bathroom by mounting it on the edge of the bathtub 1 as in the case of a conventional electric heating type indoor device, and furthermore, the power source is connected to the indoor outlet. Therefore, the installation cost is low and the installation cost is low, and at the same time, the control is facilitated because it is not affected by changes in the outside air temperature and heat radiation from the hot water storage tank 16.

Since the hot water storage unit 24 can be independently installed outside the bathroom, the installation location and area can be freely set, and it can be easily installed outside the detached house, as well as in an apartment house using, for example, a veranda. As it becomes possible, the range of use is greatly expanded.

Since the hot water storage unit 24 is installed outside the bathroom, a considerably large hot water storage tank 16 can be used.
Even when the bathtub is large or installed in a cold region, an apparatus having a hot water storage tank of an optimal size can be easily installed.

The reciprocating connection pipes 26 and 27 connecting the cleaning unit 23 and the hot water storage unit 24 are connected to the double connection pipe 2.
Since it is formed as 5, only one hole is formed in the bathroom wall 22 so that piping can be easily performed.

The cleaning unit 23 and the hot water storage unit 2
When the reciprocating connection pipes 26 and 27 connecting the pipes 4 and 4 are formed as a double connection pipe 25, the hot water mixed with the hot water flowing through the return connection pipe 27 is heated to form a forward connection pipe through which the hot water before heating flows. Since the hot water is kept at 25, even if the hot water storage unit 24 is installed outdoors or the piping becomes slightly longer, it is possible to maintain a good thermal insulation system for the pipe through which the heated hot water flows to the bathtub 1.
