押されたときこの蓄電池3の電力によって駆動されるソ
レノイド5と、蓄電池3の電力によって、光電スイッチ
6を介して点灯される照明器具7からなり、これらを筐
体8の外面または内部に取り付けたものである。この筐
体8の中に鍵9を収納する。ソレノイド5によって筐体
8の扉のロックを開く。充電器2としては、ダイオード
が簡単で好適である。押しボタン4は、火災警報用の押
しボタンと同様に、誤接触で動作しないようにカバー付
きとする。照明器具7は、鍵保管装置の所在及び押しボ
タン4の位置が夜でも分かるようにするためのもので、
LEDやELを用いる。上記のような構成で、常時の動
作として昼間太陽光が十分ある場合は、太陽電池アレイ
1からの電力で蓄電池3が充電される。夜間等で太陽光
のない場合は、太陽電池アレイ1の出力電圧が低下し充
電を停止する。夜が明け太陽電池アレイ1の出力電圧が
上昇すると充電を再開する。これを毎日繰り返す。蓄電
池3の容量は、気象統計を参照して、無日照日が続いて
も十分な量の電気を蓄えることができる容量とする。ま
た、回りが暗くなると光電スイッチ6が閉となって照明
器具7が点灯し、回りが明るくなると光電スイッチ6が
開となって照明器具7は消灯する。災害等が発生し非常
時となったときは、押しボタン4を押す。これによって
ソレノイド5が動作し、鍵保管装置の扉のロックが解除
され、中に保管されている鍵9を取り出すことができ
る。その際、夜間等で暗いときは照明器具7が点灯して
いるので、鍵保管装置の所在がわかりやすく、押しボタ
ン4の操作や鍵9の取り出しに便利である。本発明の他
の実施の形態の鍵保管装置の回路構成を図4に示す。こ
れは、図3の回路にさらに、押しボタン4が押されると
動作するラッチングリレー10と、このラッチングリレ
ー10の動作によって動作し所定の時間後に開路するオ
フディレイタイマ11と、このオフディレイタイマ11
の出力接点の先に接続された回転警報灯12及び放送器
13を付加したものである。これらの器具を追加して
も、電力は非常時動作させるときに最大消費されるだけ
であるので、蓄電池3の容量を特別に大きくする必要は
ない。そして、回転警報灯12と放送器13によって非
常時であることを広範囲に知らせることができるととも
