Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a uniform flow to be generated on a surface orthogonal to the passage direction by a method in which when a ceramic material is packed in a specified number of stages in a water purifier, the inside of the water purifier is divided into a specified number of chambers corresponding to the number of stages by porous plates. SOLUTION: When ceramic balls 3 are packed in one or more stages into a water purifier 1 for ceramic treatment, when the number of stages is one, the inside of the purifier 1 is made to be of one chamber, and when the number of stages is two or more, the inside is divided into the chambers the number of which is equal to or less than the number of stages by porous plates 7. In this constitution, raw water supplied from an inlet 3-1 is distributed uniformly on the cross section of a passage by the porous plate 7-1 and introduced into the first ceramic treatment chamber 6 to be contacted uniformly with the ceramic balls 3. Next, the water is distributed uniformly by the porous plate 7-2 to be supplied to the next ceramic treatment chamber 6. By repeating the operation, the water is distributed uniformly to be ceramic-treated and discharged as treated water 3-2.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, interest in health has increased, and it is natural that drinking water and the like satisfy health conditions.
There is a need to go one step further and to have a level of "richness" that will moisturize life, and the level of "delicious water" has come to be desired. As a result, the water supplied for drinking water has begun to undergo further ceramic treatment. Fig. 4 shows a typical example.
Shown in A very small amount of calcium or the like which forms a ceramic material is eluted into the water by the treatment of the water in the system of FIG. 4 or the chlorine in the calcium in the water is removed by reaction, thereby changing the “taste” of the water. In short, the water is delicious.

However, in the ceramic processing method for drinking water according to the above method, since the ceramic particles are simply filled in a cylindrical container, the inlet 3-1 of the water purifier in this state. Even if the target raw water is supplied and ceramic processing is performed, a drift occurs in the water purifier, and a flow path as intended by the maker of the water purifier, that is, a stagnation portion where it is difficult to generate a uniform flow over the entire cross section of the water purifier occurs, In order to make the water delicious, there were drawbacks such as the propagation of negative microorganisms. As a result, the treatment of the taste of drinking water became insufficient. Therefore, in the ceramic treatment water purifier according to the present invention, as a result of repeated research to provide a method that can easily and inexpensively solve the above problems,
It has been found that a uniform flow is generated on a surface perpendicular to the flow path direction in the water purifier by a combination method in which a perforated plate for rectification is disposed in the water purifier, and the ceramic balls are made uniform. It was. That is, when the ceramic material is filled into the water purifier in one or more stages in the direction of flowing water, the number of chambers is the same as the number of ceramic stages to be filled, when the ceramic material is filled in one stage, and in the case of more than two stages, The ceramic water purifier was characterized in that it was divided into a plurality of chambers or more by a perforated plate.

The gist of the water purifier for ceramic treatment according to the present invention is as follows. When a ceramic material is filled into a water purifier in one or more stages in the flow direction, the ceramic material is filled with one or more ceramic materials. In case of stage filling, one chamber, in case of two or more stages, the same number of chambers as the number of ceramic stages to be filled, or less, but a water purifier for ceramic processing characterized by being divided by a perforated plate of plural rooms or more. As a result, a uniform flow is generated in the cross section of the flow path, so that the contact between the ceramic and the water to be treated is uniformly and sufficiently performed.

Next, an embodiment of a water purifier for ceramic treatment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 3, the ceramic processing water purifier 1 according to the present invention supplies target raw water from the inlet 3-1 and uniformly distributes the target raw water in the cross-sectional direction of the flow channel with the perforated plate 7-1. After the ceramic and the target raw water are brought into contact therewith, they are again distributed uniformly in the cross-sectional direction of the flow channel by the perforated plate 7-2, and then brought into contact with the ceramic in the same manner as described above. Finally, from the perforated plate 7-11, treated water 3-2 exits from the outlet of the water purifier. During that time, a very small amount of raw water is dissolved in water as calcium and the like in the ceramics become ions, and Will change the quality. In particular, calcium and the like in raw water are removed by reaction with calcium.

Embodiment 2 FIG. 1 shows another embodiment. Raw water is the inlet 3
-1, enter through the tapered portion 2-1 of the fixing member 2,
After the water flow is accelerated, the ceramics ball contacts the ceramic ball while passing through the gap of the fixing portion 2-2 of the fixing member 2, and the next supporting member 4
The same state as the above-mentioned contact method is repeated from the gap of -1 to the fixing member 2 further downstream, and the ceramic member is subjected to the ceramic treatment, and finally comes out as treated water 3-2 from the outlet of the water purifier.
FIG. 2 shows another example in which the shapes of the support member and the fixing member are different. In short, the present invention is a method in which a plurality of stages of ceramic balls are placed in a water purifier, separated by a plurality of stages of perforated plates, and the contact between the raw water and the ceramic is reliably and uniformly made throughout the water purifier. The shape of the perforated plate as a partition and the size and shape of the ceramic ball are not limited.

As described above, the ceramic water purifier according to the present invention is filled with one or more stages of ceramic material in the water purifier as described above. The number of chambers equals the number of stages of the ceramic material to be filled, or less, but divided into multiple chambers with perforated plates, so that the ceramics and the raw water to be treated are uniformly contacted throughout the water purifier, The improvement of the water purification function of the ceramic member in the interior has been achieved. That is, short-circuit flow does not occur, and therefore dead space does not occur, so that the piston flow in the water purifier can be reliably performed, contamination in the water purifier is eliminated, and the first waste water of the water purifier is not required, The water purification function has also been improved.
