Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet tip for a nozzle without trouble such as replacement for a short time and with good work efficiency. SOLUTION: In a jet tip 1 of a nozzle having a cone-shaped inner hole, the material of the jet tip 1 is silicon nitride base ceramics. The jet tip 1 for a nozzle consists of an annular body and has a screwed part 8 in the lower part, and the screwed part 8 has ridges 4 on the outer surface, and is connected to the head of a nozzle by screw threads. A cone-shaped inclined part 2 is provided inside to control an expanse of coating material by a suitable inclined angle. Furthermore, the inclined part 2 has a vertical hole 5 in the lower part. The jet tip 1 of the nozzle is used for painting on building exterior walls, surface painting of extrusion molding cement building material, sandblasting and the like.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a coating material containing sand is sprayed on a surface of a sand-blasted or cement-based building material, an outer wall of a building, or the like to cover the surface. Or, the structure of the injection port) is usually as shown in FIG. In FIG. 3, the nozzle ejection port 1 is formed of a ring-shaped body and has a discharge hole 3 at the center thereof. The discharge hole 3 comprises a mortar-shaped inclined portion 2 and a vertical hole 5 at a lower portion thereof. Furthermore, this discharge hole 3
The front opening 7 and the rear part 6 are formed in a complicated structure having corners. In addition, a nozzle connection portion 8 is provided at a lower portion of the nozzle ejection port 1, and a thread 4 is formed on an outer surface of the nozzle connection portion 8. Conventionally, metal or cemented carbide is usually used for the nozzle ejection port 1.

However, in the case of ordinary metals (for example, steel, etc.) and cemented carbides as conventionally used, corners are formed in the front portion 7 and the rear portion 6 of the side wall. These portions have a structure in which the coating material easily contacts and is easily worn. Therefore, during use, it is worn and deforms in a short time. However, in general, deterioration and wear occur in about 2 hours, and the replacement is very troublesome for the user. Further, even when a cemented carbide is used, it wears out in two days, which is another problem. In view of this, the present inventor has proposed a material that can be used for a longer period of time.
As a result of various studies, it was found that a silicon nitride ceramic material was preferable, and the present invention was accomplished. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a nozzle ejection port with high working efficiency without trouble such as replacement in a short time.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a nozzle ejection port of the present invention, and FIG.
It is a front view showing the nozzle spout of the present invention. 1 and 2, the nozzle ejection port 1 is made of a material of Si 3 N 4 and has the same structure as the nozzle ejection port shown in FIG. Since the material of the nozzle ejection port 1 is made of silicon nitride ceramics as described above, wear of the inclined inner surface 2, which is the contact point of the coating material of the nozzle ejection port 1, indicated by reference numerals 6 and 7, is remarkably reduced. It is suppressed and long-term use becomes possible.
