Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To additionally store a new-installed wiring line group by mounting an expansion side wall on an existing side wall through a connection adapter to increase the volume of a trough in the trough for an existing wiring line to be arranged in the vicinity of a railway track. SOLUTION: A trough lid 22 to close an upper opening of a wiring line trough 1 of approximately U-shaped section in which the wiring group is stored is removed, and a lower fitting part 7 of a connection adapter 5 made of a wide flange beam is fitted to an upper end part 9 of each side wall 8 of the trough 1 at the position of a connection part 13 of the trough 1. An end part of a member 10 for side wall is fitted to an upper fitting part 6, and integrated with each other so as to be flush with the existing side wall 8 to newly install a side wall 11 for expansion and increase the volume of the trough 1. The new-installed wiring group is stored while the existing wiring group is stored, and the upper opening of the trough 1 can be closed using the existing trough lid 22, and the newly installed wiring group can be easily and additionally stored in the existing trough 1.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a trough for a wiring road is installed near a track such as a railway. In this wiring path trough, various wirings such as electric wires, communication lines and signal lines related to railways and the like are housed inside, and strict and rigid wiring paths for the signal lines and the like are not damaged. Troughs are formed and constructed to prevent water leakage, rat damage, etc. for many years.

Therefore, in order to cope with such a problem in the prior art, the existing wiring path trough 1 installed as shown in FIGS. 9 to 12 is dug up again and taken out (FIGS. 9 and 10). Then, a new large-volume wiring trough is excavated in order to install a new large-volume wiring trough (see FIG. 11), and a new large-volume wiring trough is buried in the groove 4, and Among them, the work to collectively store the existing wiring group 2 such as signal lines, electric wires and communication lines and the new wiring group 3 to be newly added was taken out from the existing wiring path trough 1 in advance. (See FIG. 12).

However, with such a method,
The existing and in-use wiring path trough 1 must be dug up and taken out, and a larger groove 4 must be dug to bury a new large wiring path trough 20. There is a problem that the replacement work is considerably troublesome, for example, a trough lid 21 to be put on the work trough 20 must be prepared and installed, and the work cost and the production cost of the product also become expensive.

Further, as described above, the existing wiring group 2 such as various signal lines housed in the existing wiring path trough 1 must be replaced, and the work is extremely difficult from this aspect as well. At the same time, there is a fear that an important signal line is disconnected during the replacement work. Thus, the present invention was conceived in order to solve such a conventional problem, and the work is simple, the cost is low, and there is no need to replace the existing various signal lines stored in advance at all. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for expanding the volume of a trough for an existing wiring path and a device for expanding the volume of a trough for an existing wiring path, in which there is no trouble such as disconnection of a signal line.

According to the present invention, there is provided a method for expanding the volume of a trough for an existing wiring path according to the present invention.
This is a method of expanding the volume of the existing wiring path trough in the shape of a letter.
Excavation is performed at a position near the upper end of both side walls of the existing wiring path trough to expose the upper end.
A plurality of lower fitting portions of the connection adapter made of a shaped steel are placed over the existing wiring path trough at intervals in the longitudinal direction, and then, the side wall member is placed on the upper fitting portion between the installed neighboring connection adapters. To form a new expansion side wall integrated with the existing side wall, and the upper end of the expansion side wall is covered with an existing wiring path trough lid. A method of expanding the volume of a substantially U-shaped existing wiring path trough buried in a predetermined location, excavating a position near the upper end of both sides of the existing wiring path trough to expose the upper end, At the upper end, the lower fitting portion of the connection adapter made of H-shaped steel is spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the existing wiring path trough, and the connection adapter is placed over the connection portion of the existing wiring path trough, Then, A side wall member is fitted into the upper fitting portion between adjacent connected adapters to form a new extension side wall integrated with the existing side wall, and an existing wiring path is provided at both upper ends of the extension side wall. It is characterized by being covered with a trough lid, and the volume expansion device of the existing wiring path trough according to the present invention is buried in a predetermined location,
A substantially U-shaped existing wiring path trough volume expansion device in which a wiring path trough lid is covered with an opening on the upper surface, excavating a position near the upper end of both side walls of the existing wiring path trough, The upper ends of the exposed side walls, and the upper ends of the exposed side walls are fitted in a plurality of places with an interval in the longitudinal direction of the existing wiring path trough, and have a substantially concave fitting portion in the upward direction. An H-shaped steel connection adapter having a substantially inverted concave fitting portion that covers the upper ends of the exposed side walls in a downward direction, and a side wall member fitted into an upper fitting portion between adjacent connection adapters, and the existing wall member is fitted. A new extension side wall integrated with the side wall is provided, and an existing wiring path trough lid is provided between both upper ends of the formed new side wall.

As shown in FIG. 1, it is assumed that the connecting adapter 5 is to be put on the connecting portion 13 of the existing wiring path troughs 1, 1, which are connected. If it covers this position, it is possible to prevent the wire trough from meandering off the connection portion of the wiring path trough. Then, a plurality of the connection adapters 5 are placed at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the existing wiring path trough 1 and installed.
