2. Description of the Related Art An elastically deformable spring is provided over both fixing members fixed to each end of a frame on both sides of a gap, and the center of the spring is connected to the center of a cover plate having a width extending between the frames. An expansion joint of a configuration is known. On the other hand, as a structure without using a spring, a fixing member having a structure in which rods are combined in a cross-girder shape and made expandable and contractible in a gap width direction (X direction), and both ends of which are fixed to an adjacent frame is used. Each of the cover plates along the end surfaces of both skeletons is rotated in the direction (Z direction) crossing with the skeleton surface by changing the angle by the rotation of the shaft so that it can follow the fluctuation in the longitudinal direction of the gap (Y direction). An expansion joint having a configuration in which a gap cover plate is disposed so that both sides overlap with a predetermined width on both cover plates, and the center of the gap cover plate and the center of the expansion / contraction structure of the reinforcing member are connected to each other is known. (JP-A-57-201446).

The structure using the above-mentioned spring has a problem that the range that can follow the frame fluctuation is relatively narrow and cannot cope with a large fluctuation, and the physical strength of the connection is relatively low. Therefore, if the fluctuation is large, the cover plate or the like may be detached. On the other hand, if the hard member is connected with a screw or the like without using a spring, the risk of detachment can be reduced. In this case, it is preferable to adopt a configuration capable of more stably following large fluctuations, a configuration in which the cover plate or the like is not distorted (displaced) due to the fluctuations, and that the configuration itself is simple. Speaking of the latter configuration, a relatively complicated telescopic structure is adopted,
The allowable range of variation in the X direction is limited to the range of a relatively narrow stretchable structure in the form of a girder, and the direction of Y is limited to the range in which the stretchable structure is rotatable by being fixed to a fixed member. Since the plate is connected to the reinforcing member by one shaft, there is a problem that the gap cover plate may rotate and be distorted due to fluctuating friction.

The present invention has been improved in view of the above problems, and has a simple structure capable of absorbing frame fluctuations without using a spring, and has a simple structure. To provide an expansion joint that does not cause unexpected distortion of the cover plate, and applies to gaps such as floors and floors, roofs and roofs, floors and walls, roofs and walls, etc. It is possible to perform the expansion joint function sufficiently even if it is not a seismic isolation structure, and especially to the gap in a seismic isolation structure where a high damping device is installed between the foundation and the upper structure The present invention provides an expansion joint which is more effective when applied to an expansion joint.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is directed to an end cover plate having a cover surface connected to a frame portion on both sides or one side of the gap and having a cover surface along the surface of the frame, and a gap covering the gap. By providing the cover plate and the gap cover plate in such a manner that the width direction ends of the gap cover plate overlap with an appropriate width, in an expansion joint that covers the skeleton gap, the gap length is extended to the skeleton side or the gap cover plate on both sides of the gap. A guide rail of an appropriate length along the direction is fixed to each of the guide rails, and a movable member is attached to both guide rails movably, and a connecting rod having both ends fixed to each movable member so as to be inclined between the frames. The expansion joint is provided by connecting the intermediate portion of the connecting rod and the gap cover plate via a shaft stop state. According to the present invention, in addition to the above configuration, an intermediate portion of the auxiliary rod having an appropriate length is fixed to the connecting rod so that both rods are formed in an X shape, and a movable auxiliary moving member is provided in the guide rail. The auxiliary rod is fixed to one end of the auxiliary rod, and an auxiliary guide rail in the longitudinal direction of the gap is fixed to the intermediate width portion of the back surface of the gap cover plate, and an auxiliary moving member is mounted on the auxiliary guide rail. It is also characterized in that it has a configuration in which the other end of the auxiliary rod is axially fixed. The connecting rod may have one auxiliary rod fixed to the shaft, or two auxiliary rods fixed to both sides of the connecting rod. The connecting rod and the auxiliary rod are both rotatable at least in a direction parallel to the surface of the frame, and the guide rail and the auxiliary guide rail are both movable at least in a direction parallel to the surface of the frame.

Further, in the above construction, the present invention further comprises, in each of the above constructions, a regulating rod having a length extending from the intermediate portion of the gap cover plate to both or one end cover plate at the intermediate portion on the rear surface of the gap cover plate. A configuration may be employed in which both side portions or one side portion of the regulating rod are disposed so as to pass through a receiving portion having a predetermined length formed at a fixed position on the skeleton side. The regulating rod is installed so as to be relatively slidable with respect to the skeleton in the gap width direction together with the gap cover plate, and in the gap longitudinal direction, at least one of the skeleton sides is in a free state, or with respect to both skeleton sides. It is designed to be freely angularly displaceable or slidable.

In the expansion joint having the above structure, when the skeletons A and B change in the gap width direction (X direction), the inclined state of the connecting rod is displaced in the gap direction of the skeleton and is fixed to both ends. When the moving member moves along the guide rail to follow, and when the auxiliary rod is fixed to the connecting rod, the crossing angle of the two rods is displaced and at the same time, the moving member is fixed to the moving rod. The auxiliary moving member moves along the guide rail to perform the following operation. Since the gap cover plate is connected to the connecting rod via the shaft stop state, the gap cover plate is not distorted by the fluctuation of the frame. When the auxiliary rod is fixed to the shaft, the gap cover plate is integrated with the auxiliary guide rail on which the auxiliary moving member is movably mounted, so that the gap is always between the two frames without being distorted by fluctuation. It continues to be accurately positioned between the end cover plates on both sides, does not deviate from the center thereof, and there is no risk of detachment.

When the frames A and B fluctuate in the longitudinal direction of the gap (Y direction), at least one of the moving members holding the connecting rod and the guide rail are freely moved (slid) with each other. When the fluctuation is absorbed and the auxiliary rod is fixed to the axis, at least one of the moving members, the auxiliary moving member, the guide rail, and the auxiliary guide rail move freely with each other to absorb the fluctuation, and the gap cover is provided. Since the plate also slides relative to the end cover plate, fluctuations can be absorbed as described above. Any variation on the plane including the X and Y directions can be followed by the above-described combined action, and the variation can be absorbed. Usually, the frame portions on both sides of the gap do not fluctuate in different directions in the Z direction, and even if there is a relatively small fluctuation width, this fluctuation is caused by bending of each cover plate, each rod, each connecting portion, etc. It can be absorbed by the displacement. It is optional to employ an appropriate Z-direction variation tracking configuration such as providing a hinge portion. In the regulation rod, the gap cover plate acts integrally with one of the skeletons or the end cover plate and becomes slidable with respect to the other skeleton or the end cover plate, or both, in the variation of the skeleton in the gap longitudinal direction. Can be uniformly slidable with respect to the skeleton or the end cover plate.

The end cover plate 7 has substantially the same width as the fixed plate 6,
A plate body having the same length as the gap cover plate 8 faces the fixing plate 6, is disposed so that the gap cover plate 8 is mounted and slidable therebetween, and the end opposite to the gap is fixed to the fixing plate 6. It is stuck to. Reference numeral 8 denotes a gap cover plate, which is a plate of an appropriate length having a width which covers substantially half a position in the gap width direction of the end cover plates 7, 7 disposed on both the frame members A, B. Auxiliary guide rails 9 and 9 in the longitudinal direction of the gap are fixed to the center of the width of the back surface, and these rails 9 and 9 are spaced near the shaft stopper 4b of the regulating rod 11 so that the regulating rod 11 can freely change its angle. The locking projection 8a is formed on the outer edge of the back surface in the gap width direction.
Is formed. The auxiliary guide rail 9 is a C-channel member having an opening toward the back of the gap S, and has an end 5b of the auxiliary rod 5 that is axially fixed to the connecting rod 4 in an X shape. The auxiliary moving member 10 is formed to have a sufficiently movable length, and the auxiliary moving member 10 has a C-shaped or U-shaped cross section (a rectangular body, a cylindrical body, or a rotating body such as a bearing may be used). The other end of the auxiliary rod 5 is provided with a shaft stopper 5b on its back surface.

In the expansion joint, the surfaces of the frames A and B on both sides of the gap S are covered with the end cover plates 7 and 7 and the gap cover plate 8 is provided between the end cover plates 7 and 7. In this case, both sides of the gap cover plate 8 are slidably inserted between the skeletons A and B and the end cover plates 7 and 7, respectively. In addition, the follow-up configuration for the skeleton change is such that the auxiliary rods 5 and 5 are fixed to the connecting rod 4 and
Auxiliary movement in which both ends of the connecting rod 4 are axially fixed to moving members 2 and 2 movably mounted on the guide rails 1 and 1, and outer ends of the auxiliary rods 5 and 5 are movably mounted on the guide rails 1 and 1. The inner end of the auxiliary rod 5 is axially fixed to the auxiliary moving member 10 movably mounted on the auxiliary guide rail 9 on the back surface of the gap cover plate 8, and the center of the connecting rod 4 is fixed to the gap cover. While being fixed to the plate 8 and coaxially to the center of the regulating rod 11, the regulating rod 11 passes through the receiving portion 6 b of the fixed plate 6.

Therefore, for example, from the installation state of FIG. 1 in which the left and right halves of the gap cover plate 8 respectively overlap the end cover plates 7, 7, the frames A and B move away in the X direction and fluctuate. Is enlarged, as shown in FIG.
The connecting rod 4 in the oblique state is displaced so as to approach the orthogonal state with respect to the guide rail 1, and the auxiliary rods 5 and 5 are also displaced in the same manner.
And 10, 10 are moved, and the regulating rod 11 is freely moved to the receiving portion 6b.
Deviate within. The connecting rod 4 and the auxiliary rod 5 can be displaced until the side portions of the shaft stop portions come into contact with each other. Further, when the skeletons A and B approach in the X direction and the gap S is reduced,
As shown in FIG. 8, the connecting rod 4 acts in the opposite direction to FIG.
The auxiliary rod 5 and the auxiliary rod 5 can be displaced by the auxiliary guide rail 9 until they are superimposed substantially on the same line. Furthermore, frame A, B
Move relative to the Y direction and fluctuate, as shown in FIG. 9, the moving members 2, 2,.
The auxiliary moving members 3 and 3 having the auxiliary rod 5 fixed thereto, and two to three of the three parts of the auxiliary moving members 10 and 10, and the guide rails 1 to 9 relatively slide and fluctuate. Absorb. At this time, the regulating rod 11 is also displaced in an oblique direction by being restricted by the receiving portion 6b of the fixed plate 6 integrated with the skeleton.

The fluctuations of the frames A and B actually include a circular motion in which the X and Y directions are compounded. In this case, the fluctuations are the compound fluctuations shown in FIGS. Since the rotation movement of the shaft stop portion and the movement movement of the moving member and the auxiliary moving member can be smoothly followed by the simple structure, and the gap cover plate 8 is held at the three points of the connecting rod 4 and the auxiliary rod 5. , Can be stably positioned between the frames, and the gap S
There is no twist against. Fluctuations in the Z direction (in the depth direction of the gap, usually in the vertical direction of the building) occur when the frame portions on both sides of the gap fluctuate differently from each other, but usually, both side portions of the frame also undergo the same fluctuation at the same time. Therefore, they do not vary greatly from each other. This variation in the Z direction is caused by bending (deformation) due to the length of each cover plate, each rod, and the like.
There is no problem because it is absorbed within an allowable range such as relative displacement of the connection portion.

Although the above-mentioned operation is possible without providing the regulating rod 11, even if the regulating rod 11 which is fixed to the gap cover plate 8 is displaced (rotated) by the provision of the regulating rod, even if the regulating rod 11 is displaced (rotated). The position of the regulating rod is restricted by the receiving portion 6b of the fixing plate 6 fixed to the position of the fixing plate 6, so that the gap cover plate 8 is displaced in one longitudinal direction by receiving different frictional resistances of the respective portions due to the continuous fluctuation. It is possible to prevent that it is not possible to return to the normal state, and to maintain an appropriate covering state.

The connecting structure in which the connecting rod 4 and the auxiliary rod 5 in the expansion joint are fixed to each other in an X-shape is formed only on one back surface of one gap cover plate when the gap cover plate 8 is relatively short. In the case of a long and long one, it can be formed at two or more places, such as near both ends. In any case, the sliding configuration of the guide rail 1 and the auxiliary guide rail 9 can absorb the expansion and contraction of the gap cover plate 8 itself due to a temperature change or the like, and does not impair the covering state.

FIG. 10 shows an embodiment different from the above. The gap cover plate 8 and the end cover plate 7 of the skeleton B are slidable with respect to each other in the Y direction. The plate 7 is an example of an expansion joint when it cannot slide with respect to the gap cover plate 8 in the Y direction due to an installation environment on the side of the skeleton A such that the columns P are adjacent to each other. An end cover plate 7 having the same length as the gap cover plate 8 is provided on the skeleton A side, and an end cover plate 7 having a length long enough to follow the assumed fluctuation in the Y direction is provided on the skeleton B side. I do. The configuration in which the guide rails 1 and 1 are installed on both body sides and the connecting rod 4 fixed to the moving members 2 and 2 is suspended therefrom is the same as in the above-described embodiment. The regulating rod 11 is fixed to the center of the gap cover plate 8 by a shaft stopper 4b, and is disposed so as to extend from the shaft fixing portion to the end of the gap cover plate on the end cover plate 7 side of the frame A, and is inserted therethrough. A receiving part (not shown) is formed at two places,
1 is installed so as to be slidable in the X direction while maintaining a perpendicular state to the gap cover plate 8 and the end cover plate 7 of the frame A. Auxiliary guide rail 9, auxiliary moving members 3, 1

According to the above configuration, the fluctuation of the frames A and B in the X direction can be tracked in the same manner as in the above embodiment, and the fluctuation can be absorbed. Further, with respect to the fluctuation in the Y direction, the end cover plate 7 and the gap cover plate 8 on the skeleton A side are regulated so as to be orthogonal to the skeleton A side. Since the end cover plate 7 on the B side is regulated by the connecting rod 4, the movement of the moving member 2 and the guide rail 1 causes the end cover plate 7 to slide relative to the gap cover plate 8 so as to be slidable. It can follow a change in the direction.

FIG. 11 shows an example of still another embodiment. This expansion joint is an example of a roof-shaped expansion joint in which a gap cover plate 8 is provided on end cover plates 7, 7 fixed to the top ends of parapets of the frames A and B, respectively, so as to cover the gap S. It is. Guide rails 1 and 1 are installed at both ends of the body, and moving members 2 and 2 are respectively movably mounted thereon. Both ends of the connecting rod 4 are fixed to the ends 4a. The restricting rod 11 is horizontally connected via a 4b portion, and both ends of the restricting rod 11 are supported by a support member 12 extending over the restricting rod.
Are connected to each other, and the gap cover plate 8 is fitted on the support member 13. Support legs 7a, 7a are erected from the inner ends of the end cover plates 7, 7, respectively.
The right and left intermediate portions of the regulating rod 11 are slidably connected to each other 6c and 6d. The connection 6c is configured such that the connection member 13 is slidably stopped by a bolt and a nut in a long hole provided in the longitudinal direction of the regulating rod 11, and the upper end of the support leg 7a is rotatably connected to the connection member 13. Is formed by combining a guide member 14 which receives the regulating rod 11 slidably, and the upper end of the support leg 7a is rotatably connected to the guide member 14. This operation is the same as that of the common components of the above embodiments.

Although not shown, in the case of an expansion joint connecting a horizontal plane and a vertical plane such as a floor and a wall, a roof and a wall, one end of the gap cover plate and one end cover plate are formed along the vertical plane. The other parts may be configured to be along the vertical plane. The auxiliary rod 5 can fulfill the function of the expansion joint even if it is not provided depending on the installation location. However, if one auxiliary rod 5 is connected to the connecting rod 4, the sliding of the gap cover plate 8 It is performed stably and smoothly without raising, and higher stability can be obtained by connecting two auxiliary rods 5 on both sides of the connecting rod 4. In the above embodiment, the auxiliary moving member 3 is movably mounted in the longer moving member 2 in order to increase the moving width of the moving member. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the components 2 and 3 are separately mounted directly on the guide rail 1. In addition, if the regulating rod 11 extends on both sides of the gap cover plate 8 and passes through the receiving portions on both body sides, the relative position between the gap cover plate 8 and the end cover plates 7 on both sides thereof is increased. The sliding can be performed evenly, but it is also possible to dispose only one width of the gap cover plate 8 so as to pass through only the receiving portion on one skeleton side.
