Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label tape which allows the easy peeling of release paper and prevents the scattering of the release paper at the time of peeling. SOLUTION: The tape 1 is provided with scores 11A, 12A, 13A diagonally at an arbitrary angle with the direction of drawing out the tape. The tape is provided with the scores 11A, 12A, 13A in such a manner that these scores parallel with each other. The tape 1 is provided with the ends 12B of the scores 12A and the ends 11C of the scores 11A adjacent thereto on the perpendicular line to the direction of drawing out the tape 1. The scores 12A are thereafter provided with the spaces 12E, 12F adjacent to each other at the spacings 12D narrower than the width of the tape 1. The scores 13A are similarly provided with the spaces at the spacings 12D. The spaces 12F on the scores 12A an the spaces 13E on the scores 13A are formed to deviate by the spacings 13D half the spacings 12D. The other scores are similarly provided with the spaces.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional label tape (not shown) is composed of a tape having a front surface on which a character or the like can be printed with a word processor or the like and a rear surface having an adhesive portion, and a release paper adhered to the tape.
