来のキャリアテープ51においては、製造上において剥
離シート53を貼着する工程が必要となり、また、実装
装置における使用上においては剥離シート53を剥がす
装置が必要となり、製造上および使用上においてコスト
高となってしまうという問題点があった。また、このよ
うなキャリアテープ51を天地を逆向きにして実装装置
で送る際に、剥離シート53を剥がすと、収納凹部52
から電子部品54が下方へ落下してしまい、キャリアテ
ープ51を逆さ向けにして実装装置に装填することは実
際上困難であるという問題点があった。

た傾斜面から切り起こし状に立ち上げられた垂直弾性片
部と、該垂直弾性片部から収納凹部の内側に向かって突
出された膨出部を備えていることである。

た、キャリアテープ1の側縁部には、長手方向に沿って
所定間隔で送孔5,5,5が穿設形成されている。

3bとなっており、この水平片部3bはキャリアテープ
1の表面1aよりも低い位置に配置されて、表面1aの

片は、収納凹部の側壁面に形成された傾斜面から切り起
こし状に立ち上げられた垂直弾性片部と、該垂直弾性片
部から収納凹部の内側に向かって突出された膨出部を備
えていることを特徴とするキャリアテープ。
