Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a lance pipe in which internal stress is dispersed uniformly even after being used many times be obtained by forming a curved surface, or a recessed part, in the joint between molds. SOLUTION: Each of molds 101 , 102 , 103 can be divided longitudinally into two parts, and ribs 11, 11 extend from both sides of each mold. The ribs 11, 11 are combined into a pipe. A resinous sealant 14 is set between an upper flange 12 and a lower flange 13. Moreover, in the form of the joint between the upper mold and the lower mold, curved surfaces are formed in the longitudinal direction and in the circumferential direction. In the end surfaces 15, 15 of the flange 12, projected curved surfaces are formed, and projections 16, 16 are formed in the joint between the molds 101 , 101 . In this way, since there is a recession in the joint between the molds, the stress of a molding is dispersed and made uniform to remarkably reduce the generation of cracks even after demolding and drying.

In the production of a lance pipe using a mold,
In many cases, cracks occur from the joints of the mold. When the cast molded body is released from the mold and then dried in a drying oven and the surface of the lance pipe is observed, cracks in the concave portions formed at the joining portions of the dies may be clearly visible. It has been pointed out that there is a high probability that such cracks are a cause of a decrease in service life when using a lance pipe. From these facts, it is considered necessary to improve the joining portion of the mold as a measure for preventing the occurrence of cracks in the lance pipe when manufacturing the lance pipe.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a mold for casting a lance pipe in which a plurality of dies are joined in a longitudinal direction, wherein a curved surface is formed at a joint of the dies. A mold for casting a lance pipe, wherein a concave portion is provided in a joint portion of the mold (claim 1), wherein a curved surface formed in the joint portion of the mold is a convex curved surface. The mold for casting a lance pipe according to claim 1 (claim 2), wherein the concave portion formed in the joint portion of the mold has a joint portion in a vertical direction of the mold and a joint portion in a circumferential direction of the mold. The lance pipe casting mold (Claim 3) according to claim 1, characterized in that the curved surface formed in the joining portion of the mold is formed on both of the joining portions. The radius of curvature is 2 to 5 mm at the fitting portion, and the radius of curvature is 1 at the circumferential portion of the mold. A claim 1 or 3, wherein the lance pipe casting mold (claim 4) characterized in that it is a 3 mm. According to the present invention, a lance pipe having no concave portion which becomes a source of cracks on the surface can be obtained. Therefore, even when this pipe is used under severe use conditions of rapid heating and quenching, the occurrence of cracks can be significantly reduced. , A long life lance pipe can be obtained. Hereinafter, these inventions are further described.

In FIG. 1, 10 1 is an upper mold, 10 2 is an intermediate mold, and 10 3 is a lower mold. In FIG. 1, three are joined in the longitudinal direction, but more may be joined if necessary. Each of the molds 10 1 , 10 2 , and 10 3 has two cracks in the longitudinal direction, and ribs 11 extend on both sides of each. The ribs 11 are combined into a pipe shape as shown in FIG. 12 is an upper flange and 13 is a lower flange. Upper flange 12 and lower flange 1
A sealing material 14 made of resin or the like is interposed between the three. Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the shape of the joint between the upper mold and the lower mold forms a curved surface in both the vertical direction and the circumferential direction.

FIG. 2 is a plan view of the upper flange 12 of the dies 10 1 , 10 1 . As shown in the figure, the end surfaces 15, 15 of the flange 12 form a convex curved surface R, and the concave portions 16, 16 are formed at the joints of the dies 10 1 , 10 1.
To form FIG. 4 shows the same molds 10 1 and 10 as above.
FIG. 2 is a vertical sectional view of one upper flange 12. As shown in FIG.
Reference numerals 7 and 17 form a curved surface R, and a similar concave portion is formed at a joint portion of the curved surface R with a not-shown mold. Further, the sealing material 14 interposed in the flange portion is attached to the joint portion of the mold 10 by being drawn in from the flange 12.

As a result, it is possible to prevent the end of the mold and the sealing material from protruding at the joint portion of the mold, and the lance pipe cast using the mold is considered to be a source of cracks. No concave portion is formed, and conversely, a convex portion is formed in this portion. FIG. 7 is a front view of a lance pipe made by using the mold according to the present invention. Therefore, when the molded body is removed from the mold after molding and dried, the amount of crack generation can be significantly reduced.

A large number of lance pipes are manufactured using the lance pipe casting mold according to the present invention shown in FIG. 1 and the conventional mold shown in FIG. 5, and the generation of cracks at the joints of the dies. Table 1 shows the situation. The curved surface formed in the joining portion of the mold in this embodiment has a radius of curvature of 3 mm at the joining portion in the vertical direction of the mold, and has a radius of curvature of 2 mm at the joining portion in the circumferential direction of the mold. Was used.

As can be seen from Table 1, cracks from the joints of the molds are about 90% according to the conventional molds, whereas cracks of the same type according to the present invention are not. It is zero. Observation of the state of occurrence of cracks revealed that cracks were found in the conventional example at the time of demolding and after drying.
In the conventional example, the mold is protruded inward at the joint of the seal material and the mold by using the mold many times, which causes unevenness of the internal stress on the molded body, and this unevenness of the stress is caused. It is presumed that cracks appear at weak locations and appear.
