合わせたものを入れてにがりで固めても良い。なお、適
宜加熱するものとする。この結果として所望の加工食品
を得ることができる。この加工食品は、材料がおから、
こんにゃく原料を主体とするため、低カロリーであっ
て、健康食品、ダイエット食品として用いることができ
る。また、この加工食品をお総菜として用いることがで
きる。例えば煮物、おでん材料等としても用いることが
できる。
