The foil of the wire section of the paper machine or the suction box
Wear elements such as covers
The invention can be used as a foil or vacuum box cover for paper machines.
Such factors are sensitive to wear.
Discharge of the paper machine wire is achieved by hydrodynamic pressure,
Reached by a drainage element located below the wire, such as a foil or vacuum box
Is done. The running of the wire on the foil or vacuum box is
The top surface of the steel.
The durability of metallic foils is described, for example, in Finnish Patent Application No. 935600.
Special ceramic inserts and top members on the top surface of the foil as shown in
Has been improved by giving The foil is also made of ceramic material
It is. These foil structures are, however, very expensive.
It is an object of the present invention to minimize wear in paper machines so that the above problems are minimized.
To provide a sensitive element and a method of manufacturing the same. This purpose is especially
, Like a foil that resists polishing and whose purchase price is favorable
Is to give. Said object is achieved by the present invention, which
It is characterized by the features according to the claims.
According to the present invention, the foil of the wire section, the vacuum box cover and the corresponding discharge element are required.
The element is made of pressed or extruded aluminum with a special profile
Built. Aluminum should be of the desired shape and length corresponding to the width of the wire.
It can be easily extruded.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the aluminum component is produced by electrolytic plasma oxidation.
Surface treated with a 50-400 μm thick layer of aluminum oxide
It is deposited on the surface of the luminium member. The aluminum surface is thus electrolyzed
It has been coated with a relatively thick layer of aluminum oxide Al2O3 by treatment. Made
The resulting oxide layer is hard, resistant to polishing, and does not impregnate the surface of the aluminum member.
It forms protection against corrosion by being dynamic.
In the electrode oxidation of aluminum by normal electrode treatment, a thickness of 5 to 15 μm
Only the oxide layer is manufactured. This provides protection against corrosion and polishing, but
Does not substantially improve the hardness of the minium member. The thickness of the oxide layer of 50-400 μm is
However, the hardness of the aluminum member is sufficiently improved.
Electrolytic plasma oxidation is an environmentally friendly and energy-saving process.
Is. Aluminum parts are pre-treated if necessary and cleaned with dilute acid water
Degreased, weak alkaline electrolytic solution, preferably 0.001-0.05%
It is immersed in the solution and connected to the anode. 120-380V voltage connected to the system
Continued. The aluminum oxide surface produced has a low porosity of about 3%.
According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the aluminum member is a plasma spray core.
Thermal spray coatings, such as coatings and explosive spray coatings
Surface that has been treated by a brush. By spray coating with heat
The powder of metallic and / or non-metallic substances is melted or transformed into a moldable state
, Sprayed on the surface to be treated as melted particles. Spray by heat
Due to the treatment, the aluminum member becomes aluminum oxide, chromium oxide,
It can be coated with aluminum, aluminum silicate or carbide.
Plasma spray coating process uses electrical energy, but explodes
The coating process gets the required energy from the combustion. Both coatings
The substrate is held at a low temperature during the
Typically less than 300 ° C for coatings, 50 ° C and 100 ° C for explosive coatings
Between.
All substrates usually require some pre-treatment for good coating adhesion
I do. The strong adhesion between the substrate and the ceramic material, but without the bonding intermediate layer
Is achieved at least. Its adhesive force corresponds to a value of at least 100 MPa.
Thermal spraying achieves coatings with very low porosity
Is done. Plasma spray coating is a coating with a porosity of about 3%
While the explosive spray coating has a coating with about 1% porosity.
Manufacturing wings.
Foil or brass manufactured according to the present invention and having its surface treated with an aluminum member
The overall cost of an empty box cover is in Finnish Patent Application No. 935600.
Made of steel, plastic and ceramic inserts, as shown for example in
Considerably lower than the overall cost of the corresponding foil or vacuum box cover.
Aluminum members are inexpensive in themselves, and their surface treatment makes them durable.
Make things. The difference in cost is that if the foil according to the invention is ceramic
If compared to foil, it will be much more noticeable.
Repair of worn component elements can be easily achieved by spraying. Perfect
Worn aluminum parts, however, can be used as scrap and relatively
worth it.
The present invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a foil having three parallel foils arranged across the direction of the wire.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a foil box;
FIG. 2 is a vertical sectional view of the foil cut along the direction of the wire.
FIG. 1 shows three foils 12, 14 made of extruded aluminum parts.
, 16 is shown. Those foils are wires
And fits snugly on the steel support members 18, 20, 22
Outside
Attached by shape.
FIG. 2 shows a vertical section of a foil 14 made of an extruded aluminum member 24.
FIG. The lower part of the aluminum part is supported by a tight fitting joint
It is connected to the member 20. Wire 26 abuts against top surface 28 of foil
I do. The top surface of the foil has an outer layer of oxide 50-400 μm thick.
And it makes the foil resistant to polishing and hardened.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described and illustrated above, but is defined in the appended claims.
The invention can be varied in many ways within the scope and spirit of the invention.
