Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 二つの空間(24、26)を区切る第1弁座(28)を含む弁ハウジング (1)により構成され、スレーブ作動部とマスター作動部を備えた複動式密閉型 油圧システムの回路内で、マスター作動部が無人のときに、圧力を低下させる減 圧弁であり、第1空間(24)が第1回路と連通するよう配置され、また第2空 間(26)が作動油タンクと連通するよう配置され、第1空間(24)に第1弁 体(31)と第1ばね(37)が設けられ、ばねの一端がハウジング(1)の一 部に当接し、ばねの他端が弁体(31)に当接し、弁体(31)が一方向では第 1回路内の作動油の圧力による力と第1ばね(37)の力の影響を受け、その反 対方向では開閉体(41)の影響を受けて動いて密封式に弁座(28)に当接し 、開閉体が第2回路内の作動油の圧力の影響を受ける減圧弁であって、 第1弁座(28)がハウジング(1)の孔(6)に密封式に設けられ、弁 体の移動方向に摺動するよう配置されたスライド弁(21)の一部を構成し、弁 座に当接するときに弁体(31)を経て第1ばね(37)によって影響を受け、 減圧弁のハウジング(1)の上記部分が第1弁装置を構成し、ハウジング(1) 内に、第2の同じような弁装置が設けられ、その弁体(32)が第2油圧回路の 作動油の圧力による力と、第2ばね(38)による力の影響を受けて一方向に動 いてその弁座(29)に当接し、第1回路内の作動油の圧力により影響を受ける 開閉体(42)の影響を受けて反対方向に動き、弁装置の開閉体(41、42) が互いに接続され、スライド弁(21、22)が、ハウジング(1)内で各弁体 (31、32)を開く方向へとスライド弁(21,22)を動かそうとするばね 装置(39)によって影響を受けることを特徴とする減圧弁。 2. スライド弁(21、22)が互いに対して同軸状に延び、ハウジング(1 ) 内でこの軸方向に動くことができ、開閉体(41、42)が直線ロッド(40) の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の減圧弁。 3. 閉じた状態での弁体(31、32)の間の開閉体(40)の総移動可能距 離(2×B)が、各スライド弁(21、22)の移動可能距離(A)よりも大き く、各スライド弁(21、22)の総移動可能距離(2×A)よりも小さいこと を特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の減圧弁。
