Method and apparatus for transferring offshore oil
The present invention provides for the transfer of offshore oil on a marine continental shelf between two units.
And a connection device.
Today, offshore oil is based on different principles using submersible towers such as buoys.
Is transported. Furthermore, a latent liquid type turret loading device (STL) or a latent liquid type
Transfer device using shuttle tanker equipped with turret calculation device (STP)
It has been.
(STL) When loading the equipment, the stationary vessel is
Used as Offshore oil is supplied to an auxiliary shuttle tanker in the middle of the road
Be loaded. A stopped ship is parked with its bow facing upwind, and
The shuttle tanker is connected to the stern of the berthed vessel. (STP) While calculating with the device
In addition, the storage space on the ship is limited, so some offshore oil
Will be transferred to the auxiliary shuttle tanker.
However, the auxiliary shuttle tanker has, for example, a bow loading device (B
LS) and other necessary devices. BLS is
Adaptation of the tanker for this device is required.
However, at present, shut-downs that are compatible with a variety of commonly known devices are available.
In order to construct a lutanker, a shuttle tanker is equipped with a device with a comprehensive structure
As well as comprehensive manual operations before and after loading.
Required. Such manual operations take time, so under certain circumstances
In some cases, unexpected adverse effects may occur on humans and machines.
According to the connection device of the present invention, different loading devices with minimal manual operation are required.
The shuttle tanker can be connected to the device quickly and safely. Also, versatility
Loading and non-loading operations are performed to provide a ship with
This is done in one area. As a result, a small number of manual operation
The connection operation and the non-connection operation can be performed in a short time. In addition, the present invention
The device is configured with the features mentioned in the claims.
FIG. 1 shows a side view of the stern of a shuttle tanker equipped with a device according to the present invention.
It is shown. FIG. 2 corresponds to the present invention in which a rotary hoser and a drawing chain are combined.
A side view of the device shown is shown. FIG. 3 shows a bottom view of the device of FIG.
.
Shuttle tankers configured with the device of the present invention
By reversing the vessel to the station, standard bow loading equipment
It is configured to allow loading from the station. For this reason, the stern
Somewhat similar to the bow. This stern uses a ship positioning device.
And while the loading is taking place, it is positioned facing upwind. STL and
At each station configured for the STP and STP equipment, the bow of the ship
The loading to other shuttle tankers is
And by connecting the stern.
The device of the present invention also provides for secure mooring at non-loading stations.
A rotating hoser with a chain, other individual containers, and a main tubular hose are provided.
The use of spherical joints minimizes the physical stress on the hose.
Has become.
When the ship is connected to the Oil Loading Equipment Station (OLS),
Therefore, the oil hose raised from the seabed can be used as a fairlead by known methods.
1 to the pulling winch 8.
Thereafter, by known methods, the oil hose is usually formed as a flange connector.
Connected to the reference tail at the outer end of the hose 4 being connected. This hose 4 has a horizontal axis
The barrel 5 is wound up. Next, the inner end of the hose 4 is
Connected to the barrel 5 and positioned at a desired position (eg, in the plane of the horizontal axis of the barrel)
The barrel is rotated so that the hose 4 runs until it is disconnected. And this
Fix the barrel in the rotating position.
The ball link 6 is connected to the barrel and to the pipe 1 via the conduit 7.
It is. This pipe is connected stably from the center axis of the barrel through one side of the barrel
Have been. Also, by using swivel joints, the piping system of the ship can be stably
It is connected. In this configuration, without force acting on the hose or coupling
The hose can be freely and smoothly moved in any direction with the ball link 6 as a fulcrum.
it can.
The rotating hoser 1 and the barrel 5 are arranged at the stern of the ship,
Preferably, it is located on the deck of the ship. STL coupler and STP coupler
The equipped ship is provided with a bridge in consideration of the safety of installation of these couplers
. In addition, versatile ships of the type described above are provided with all connecting equipment at the stern.
Have been.
Fairlead 1 is designed to function as a standard fairlead.
This allows the hoser, buoy, wire, and chain to
To be able to travel freely between the vertical roll 1 and the multiple horizontal rolls 3
Has become.
When loading from a single point mooring station (SPM),
The shuttle tanker needs to be moored at a tower or buoy. At this time, the pioneer
10 and pulling winch 8 move mooring hoser 9 from buoy tower to shut
Pulled out on Lutanker. The chain 11 having the reference length is connected to the precursor 10
Connected to the user 9. A sufficient number of chain ropes rotate fairy
The precursor 10 moves the rotating fairlead 1 until it is positioned in the fixing device 12 of the die 1.
Withdrawn through. Thereafter, the fixing device 12 is driven and the oil hose is raised.
The shuttle tanker is moored so as to be connected to the hose 4 as described above.
For non-loading from STL / STP vessels, shuttle tankers
It is moored on a ship with a hoser having a chain 11 between the vessel 10 and the hoser.
Several chain links are inserted into the other end of the hoser mounted on the ship,
The chain link is fixed by the fixing device 12 of the rotating fairlead 1.
At this time, the chain 11 is guided on the shuttle tanker.
When the above device is not used, the chain 11 includes the rotating fairlead 1 and the hoser.
Is stored in a specially shaped box on a flat deck between the vehicle and the winch 13.
The chain 11 is secured to the hoser itself housed in the hoser winch 13.
It is. Several chain links are connected to the other end of the hoser.
The chain link is used for fixing to the fixing device 12.
The hoser winch 13 is composed of two parts that can be operated independently.
Has been established. One part of the hoser winch 13 has a hoser 9 and a chain.
A link is arranged, and a precursor is arranged in the other part of the barrel.
When connecting a shuttle tanker to an STL / STP ship,
Is controlled by the user. The precursor is connected to the chain 11 by a swivel joint.
Continued. After the precursor is pulled out onto the shuttle tanker, the chain 11 is pulled out.
And at the same time the hoser is fed out of the hoser winch 13. Choi
After the tank is secured to the ship's securing device 12, the chain on the shuttle tanker is secured.
Is determined.
According to the method described above, the operation performed today can be simplified. Immediately
The mooring is performed by a single winch, and the hoser is controlled by a movable link.
Secured on winch shaft.
According to the device of the invention, the mooring force is transmitted to the fixing device 12 of the rotating fairlead.
It is. Therefore, only one hoser winch 13 is required.
During the secure mooring, the hose 4 is sent out from the hose barrel 5, and the hose 4
The end pieces are connected to the shuttle tanker manifold. Ball link 6 is horizontal to barrel axis
The hose barrel 5 is again fixed so that it is located in the plane. This method
Move the hose freely without applying various forces to the hose or connector.
Becomes possible.
